I am an American Home Shield Warranty…

I am an American Home Shield Warranty customer, and on Sunday, August 16, 2026, I placed an online repair order for my washing machine. Early Monday morning, a very pleasant gentleman from Premier Appliance LLC contacted me about the issue and arranged for someone to come out later that day to assess it. The technician came out, diagnosed the problem, and immediately put in a request to the warranty company for part approval. The part has now been ordered, and once it is delivered, I am confident it will be installed properly. I have been so impressed with this company's customer service and professionalism that I am making a special effort to request that American Home Warranty send all future service requests only to this company. Good companies are so hard to come by, and exceptional customer service is a bonus, so I am shouting out Premier Appliances!
