Lewis and the team at Premier Storage are a pleasure to work with. Having dealt with them for some time, I can confidently say they are a great company offering awesome products and services.

What really stands out is the team—they are super easy to get on with, and the communication is always seamless and professional.

I ordered a filing cabinet and a side filer unit. The delivery was fast but somwhere along the route the strapping attaching the filing cabinet to the pallet came undone and the cabinet fell over. Unfortunately it hit the side filer and chipped the corner.

The broken furniture was collected within a day and a replacement filing cabinet deliverd. The side filer was shipped out the following Monday.

The customer services team were superb. I was dealing with Olivia and she kept me updated and arranged the replacements. What was impressive was that when I phoned in and spoke to another member of staff they all seemed to know what was going on.

From initial contact with Frankee, everything was pretty much plain sailing even with my numerous change requests during the design of our Mezz.
Cannot recommend this company enough and look forward to working with them again.

This kind of service is exactly why it’s worth buying from a reputable brand. At least then, you have the confidence that if something goes wrong, you won’t be left out of pocket.

This was my second purchase from Premier Storage, and again can't fault them at all. In fact, the service was brilliant, again very prompt delivery, well packed, product worked just as expected, very good value compared to similar products on the market. In fact will be needing the same again very soon, and will have no hesitation in using Premier Storage again.

When I first rang the company to enquire about the vacuum cleaner I wished to purchase I was told they had it IN STOCK so I ordered it that day with immediate payment of over £240 being taken from my account I contacted the week after to enquire about dispatch of my order as I received no confirmation and was told they were waiting for it delivered from the main supplier so the IN STOCK conversation when I ordered it was a farce . So I rang the next day and was told the main supplier did not have it in stock it would be another 2 weeks so I now have to go another 5 days to get a refund on my payment for a vacuum they sold me that they never had .

I was sold a Hetty Hoover with broken wheels which was broken before delivery (I had been led to believe it was new with nothing wrong with it when buying it). They said they would replace the wheels, I gave the serial number and they said they put replacement wheels in the post the next morning which a week later still had not arrived, so I asked them what was happening. They pretended I had not given them the serial number to take action so I sent them a copy of it and forwarded a copy of their response that the wheels were in the post. They said they called Numatic to find out what was going on and said I can call Numatic if I don't believe them, so I thought this is strange behaviour and called Numatic. Numatic confirmed that no call had ever been made to them. So when I confronted the company for lying I got a hilarious email from the manager telling me off for being annoyed at the terrible service. Don't buy from them. Who knows what part will be broken for you and if they will do anything to help at all!

I recently bought a wet/dry hoover from Premier Storage, it was significantly cheaper than anywhere else and also arrived speedily. I would recommend Premier Storage to anyone.

The communication from the company was second to none. Next working day delivery, you can't ask for more.
