I recieved the pregnancy pillow and it was extremely uncomfortable, tried calling the company for 3 days straight. Finally got a hold of someone and she told me its all sales final, which it says nowhere on their website. She was extremely rude. This company is a joke. Dont order from them!!

Very poor (non-existent) customer service and cannot return anything

The original pillow arrived, but when I ordered an extra pillowcase, I was sent a whole other pillow. Have tried emailing, calling, no response at all. I won't bother sending it back at my own cost, as I can see that I won't get the pillowcase I ordered or a refund. Very poor service. Shame because the pillows themselves are quite good.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I was very hopeful for one of these pillows, as they sound great, but I will not be buying one. I have phoned, emailed and Facebook messaged. No response from this company at all. Hideous customer service, I don't trust them at all. I have since seen a warning on MadeForMums, that the company that makes these SnuggleUp! Pillows has stopped trading and it says you will no longer be able to buy or receive them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS in my opinion.

Terrible customer service

I wish I had read this before ordering. I have had a very similar experience to the other reviewers. I ordered a u shaped pregnancy pillow for my wife. I was sent the wrong colour & despite promises to replace it & send the correct colour, nothing every materialised. I have called, emailed, posted on Facebook & tweeted on Twitter, nothing. No one ever answers. Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I bought a U-shaped pregnancy pillow in …

I bought a U-shaped pregnancy pillow in early November that was due to be delivered on Nov 16. It is now Nov 29th and I still have no pillow.

I have emailed pregnancypillows.net repeatedly but they have now stopped replying. I have tried calling to demand a refund but nobody ever answers. Meanwhile my wife is uncomfortable and I am £30 lighter.

This is completely unacceptable - do not use this company!

Never arrived, no communication

I ordered a pillow that never arrived. 2 weeks after ordering I finally got a response apologising, (only after a few messages from myself) arranging a small discount, and for immediate dispatch. This did not come to fruition. Emails and Facebook messages have gone unanswered. I tried calling however it just says they are unable to take my call, and to call later. I have unfortunately had to initiate a refund request through PayPal, due to their lack of communication. I would have been more than happy just to receive the product, even with the delay. As others have mentioned, their reviews are definitely filtered, as I left a negative review due to lack of resolution. It has now been over 4 weeks, and I have no product, no money.

Returned pillow at own cost and have …

Returned pillow at own cost and have not received a refund. Tried ringing and emailing but no response. As the reviewer above critiqued, I believe they are filtering reviews on their website and their returns policy and customer service is inadequate.

If you need to return to your pillow, good luck.

update: Asked paypal to chase snuggle up on refund because they didn't answer their calls/emails and fb messages. Finally got refund after a month. Snuggle up then emailed me and blamed paypal for slow admin in processing the refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Terrible service and filtered reviews

So I received my premium u-shaped pillow from this company a few weeks ago. However they sent me the wrong colour. I have since emailed, called and tweeted the company many times but nobody seems to pick up or respond. Also, you are given the opportunity to review the product on their website too and I have twice posted a negative review and miraculously it never shows up. All their reviews are 3 stars and up, making me think that they simply don't publish any negative review, thus skewing the public's perception of this company.
