I don’t want you at my house anymore, to spray water on my windows I can do that myself with a whose pipe and I can do a better job, I thought you going to go up and wash them on ladder like you supposed to do and all do not spray water on them thank you

Had my first clean and, although I was skeptical they'd dry clear, they were sparkling! The sills and frames look nice and bright too.
So easy to book, great communication and there was a fab new customer discount available.

Had our first visit from Preen&Clean today. Was given a morning slot and they arrived in that time. Everything was explained well by Kye our cleaner who did a great job on all the windows, doors and conservatory. The website and app is easy to use and you can see your invoices clearly. They also message you the day before so you can make sure everything is ready for them.

Really happy with my first clean. Windows are already looking much better and it was a job well done!

I was very happy with my first window clean from Preen and Clean. They were very thorough and paid attention to detail with the sills etc. Their promise to come and clean again if you’re not happy is brilliant, but not needed. I highly recommend them.

Against my advice, my partner decided to book Preen & Clean for a regular six-weekly window-cleaning service.
Considering our windows had not been cleaned for quite some time, I expected a noticeable improvement after the first visit. Unfortunately, the result was borderline unacceptable. There was still visible dirt left on the windows, along with noticeable streaks. I initially brushed this aside, giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming the next visit would be better. ……. It wasn’t.
We continued using the company for a few more months, and then came the incident that ultimately made us question the reliability of the entire service.
On one occasion, we were told that our windows had been cleaned when they categorically had not. This is not a matter of opinion or assumption — I can substantiate this.
We were at home all day and had deliberately left the garage open to provide access to the windows at the rear of the property. The windows simply had not been cleaned, and there was clear evidence to confirm this.
When I contacted the company to query the missed clean, I was initially told that their technician had attended and cleaned the windows.
I was then given a completely different explanation — that the technician had apparently been turned away by a member of the household.
Neither explanation made sense, because nobody had turned a technician away.
It has since become apparent that the technician had actually attended the wrong house.
Quite frankly, I find the whole situation an absolute joke. What makes matters worse is that we were sent a message confirming that our windows had been cleaned when they categorically had not.
If the technician had gone to the wrong property, then surely that should have been identified and communicated honestly when we raised the issue. Instead, we were initially told the windows had been cleaned, followed by an explanation that the technician had been turned away — neither of which was correct.
Overall, I have been extremely disappointed with both the standard of cleaning and the reliability of the service.
Mistakes can happen, but what I find particularly unacceptable is being told that a job had been completed when it hadn't, followed by two contradictory explanations when the issue was challenged.
Based on our experience, I would absolutely not recommend Preen & Clean for window cleaning.
