Website difficult to manoeuvre, kept moving up and down and around.
Had to go back to previous paper order in order to find what I wanted.
Web site Wouldn't accept payment on line first time
Had to telephone following day.
Didn't show all bag sizes from my one bag order only showed smallest size. I had to telephone and ask if they did same design larger size.

I was extremely pleased with both the service and quality of bags that I received. I needed an order of paper bags within a short space of time and it was delivered on time as promised. There were no hidden costs in their quote which I really appreciated - it seems every other company would quote me a price and at the last minute add on an extra £100 charge for a printing plate or some other nonsense. Straight forward, simple process - exactly what I need when I'm running a busy business. Will certainly be using them again.
