Alleluia! finally after months of trying different products I bought the somewhat pricey Pranicura treatment cream. I followed the plan directions diligently and within 2 weeks had almost no symptoms. Don’t waste money trying different things just buy it and follow it ! It works as it says it will -slowly but effectively and thoroughly. It’s been over a month with no symptoms since I’ve been cured -yes cured !!

Bought this after everything else had failed. For me it was a risk as I live in the UK and it would not have been recognised by my doctor and frankly I didn't know if it was a scam or not.
But wow.... after assuring myself this product was real and following their strict instructions, I realised what a fantastic life saver it was.
Without realising my fissure had restricted my life so much that I had given up on some of my hobbies, certain holidays etc etc.
Pranicura seemed to actually mend the issue rather than suppress the pain. I now go for long bouts of normal living, 6 months plus. Obviously the weakness is always there and on occasions I need to revert back to a 2 or 3 week program of application untill I'm back to normal. Yes normal! Remember that?
It's now been at least 3 years maybe longer.
I am not being over the top when I say this stuff is life changing. One big reason for this review is, I need people to know and go out and buy. I need this company producing this for as long as I'm on the planet.
By the way, don't be put off by the small size of the pot when it arrives.
It will last a year with daily use.

Great stuff. Works as it should for my anal problems.

I search and discovered this for my best friend who I dearly care for. Mentioned on first day was: Ohh, this feel differerent, then the second day I expected a burn then thought, hah? Did I poop or what, which I did for there was no burning sensation. I felt like eating it, but we're not supposed to do that. (Not the poop, the cream)
By the 1st to 3rd day I just couldn't believe it. I've been in pain since1990 asking for death because an inflamed bum. I have suffered for 35 years, thinking I was to be in excruciating pain for life, just miserable. The 3rd day I cried after using the product because I felt no pain of burning on the inner raw skin and just can't belief my bottom is not inflamed anymore. I suffered for years with a medical problem no doctor or known product could treat. It got so bad I couldn't go for a walk without ending up bleeding in pain. Then, my wife found Panicura online. I was dealing with anal fissures and hemorrhoids that won’t go down despite what the doctor gave me. If you have a fissure, you should be using nitroglycerin to help with the bowel movement (tightness) my doctor had me on it and it helped me so much. I was dealing with this issue for two years, but I didn’t know. I had a fissure until this year. Please don’t forget a good diet/magnesium oxide. None of this is a cure but a better way to live with it

After trying 4 others that weren't very affective, this one worked so my quality of life has taken a big step forward. I have not yet been able to get a 100% cure but am substantially better.

Tried other products and they were good but not near as good as when I found Pranicura. I have to say Pranicura is the best! I've had great success with it and will continue to buy it. People say it's expensive. Well, combine two products to help with my problem and Pranicura is NOT expensive bc you don't need as much as the others I've bought. I went with all the positive reviews when I gave it a chance and am very happy I did. I do recommend this product highly.

Order and delivery was fast and easy. The product started working within a couple days. It lasts a long time making it less expensive than most other products in the long run. I have been using it about 6 months and it has reduced pain, itching and bleeding (fissures) by over 95%. I highly recommend this product.

Excellent product and it works as described. I'm glad I found it and it got rid of my itchy and scratchy anus problems.

I'm sure this has been a key factor in healing my fissure. The most important thing is eating right and having soft stool, but to be honest this cream really has helped me!

The only thing that worked after many years of horrible fissures and thrombosed hemorrhoids! If you follow the instructions, you will be cured!

I saw my local GP twice and he prescribed Rectogesic which did not help. Then I saw "YourfriendlyProctologist" on YouTube and he recommended Pranicura. Ordered from the USA. It wasn't cheap but I was desperate. So glad I did. The combination of the ointment and the recommended "five step method" has brought success. After following the course for 9 weeks I am now free from pain and bleeding. The other important factor in managing this condition is taking a suitable laxative regularly to maintain soft stools. My GP prescribed Cosmocol which contains Macrogol.

Helped heal a fissure that botox couldn’t. After a month of use, I was able to bottom with a 9 inch for over an hour. It works.

This seems odd discussing something as personal as anal itching but if you are here reading this then I suppose you are where I was two months ago. Out of nowhere, I began to have subtle anal itching that progressively got worse. Thinking it would go away on its on I simply tried to ignore it as the problem seemed to worsen. Attempting over the counter treatment ointments lead me no where so I traveled to the World Wide Web for the ultimate advise because I did not want to go see a doctor for such an embarrassing issue. At this point, the itching had gotten so bad, if I could scratch with fifty grit sandpaper, (think a texture similar to concrete) I would have. I was desperate!! I was bleeding but still continued to itch even through the pain. The trusted search engine led me to Pranicura. I read about the product. I read the countless number of positive reviews so it had to be true, right!?! It’s not a cheap product but they offer a pretty sweet refund policy so how could I go wrong. I placed the order and received my small jar of Pranicura 5 within a few days. I read the instructions that came with the product. I highly recommend you doing so. More on that in a bit. After my first application, and you too will read the same information, I noticed it burns. Now I know everyone’s pain tolerance is different so I tried to take this information with a grain of salt. Does it burn, yes. Is it unbearable, no. Honestly, I welcomed the burn as it made me feel the product was actually doing something and it also acted as a distraction from the itch. Now I will say, I was expecting immediate results. Be patient and do not give up! I literally used this product exactly as instructed for two , nearly three weeks before I noticed any results. At least long term results. You will get some immediate relief upon application but nothing earth shattering. As I said previously, there are institutions to follow that advises you to apply the product and work it in/scratch while applying so that the area is protected. After three weeks-ish I noticed I wasn’t having to apply Pranicura when I woke up in the mornings. The itching seemed to definitely be dissipating without me even realizing it as I was living life and not walking around like a weirdo scratching. About a week after that, I was no longer using the product at all. It really worked!!! Now, I recently had to go back and sporadically begin reapplying but I can already tell a difference. The itching is going away much sooner as I caught the problem quickly. I truly have no idea what causes the severe anal itching and why it seems to come up out of nowhere, but this product will help you to get your life back. I am not being paid for my review and I typically would not leave one, but I was desperate in my search and if you are reading this, you are too. You have nothing to lose by simply trying this product. I hope it works for you and good luck in your journey.

I followed the instructions and the pain was gone in about 8 weeks.

Works very well, just need to be consistent and of course watch your diet. Fiber is key people!

Pranicura has been a great help bringing relief to fissure issues and hemorrhoids. I’ve ordered it 3 times now and received it promptly. Initially I used it twice daily but now just on an as needed basis .
