Quick to respond, but once they got paid and we ran into problems with our Google account, became unresponsive, and offered no assistance at all.

Over the years I have worked with several PPC agencies. PPC Response operate in an entirely unique way, very different to normal agencies. Their focus isn't about extracting as much money out of you as a client; they are focused on reducing wasted expenditure, and maximising ROI.
