If you need water testing go to Aquacert.
I needed a temporary bore hole water test to check the safety of the bore hole while our was installed. Welsh water failed to provide water to us, but that's a different review. I submitted the water for testing and received a caution email back from the company on the 23rd June (about a week after submitting the water for testing stating the water contained bacteria). Before we could install a filter we needed the rest of the water result. I chased the sample results today 29 August and was told that the results had been emailed to me. Despite my insistence that I had not received the result this company effectively washed their hands of the problem and were particularly unsympathetic to me. They have send the results now but the results are pointless because the new bore hole has been installed. I am about to approach another company for water testing. Pozzani has a track record of poor customer relations and this obviously is indicative of this company. There are plenty of companies in the market, I would certainly chose wisely in the future. Shabby.

You received the preliminary results from us, and then we did email your full results a few days later when the laboratory released them, and we can see from our emails that they did send to you. My colleague who sent the email with the results to you initially, then forwarded the email to you whilst I was speaking to you - the results were not just sent at the time you called.
My concern is that if you did not receive the results from us, then why were they not chased sooner? You decided to contact us nearly two months after, chasing the results, when your new permanent borehole had been installed. On the call you requested your money back or a free re-test on the new borehole, and we politely advised why we could not do this, and you told us you would look elsewhere.
We pride ourselves on customer service, and given the rest of the reviews and our thousands of happy customers, I would argue that we are certainly not shabby, or poor in this department.
Mostly good
Ordered two filters and they came remarkably quickly. Could have been five stars, however I had previously e-mailed to ask which filter I needed and it took four days for them to reply with a question asking about my address, by which time I'd already given up waiting and guessed the answer.

Great mixer tap, and very friendly customer services when I called to order some extra bits.
A human actually answered the phone, answered my technical enquiry and ordered a spare part in just two minutes.

Highly recommend
I've bought my water filters for my Samsung fridge from Pozzani for years. I've always found them reliable and priced competitively. They are always very helpful and all queries are dealt with by their friendly and knowledgeable staff in a timely manner.

Quick delivery, but a little expensive I thought, but a good product.
The rubber seal ring was too small and didn't seal (PITA !)
