The bulb was not working, upon closer inspection the fuse filament was broken off.

Very bad experience.
To view my order i had to create an account.
I denied to do so, and i was kept in the dark. Though I asked them to at least send me the invoice they refuse!! I couldn't see my order or any tracking number. forcing me to buy from another supplier the same item.
You are a big failure!!

Don't forget your customs fees. They are happy to sell to you in Euro on a Euro website but unlike most other sites they don't cover customers charges. So you will find items much cheaper elsewhere. Amazon for example.

Very fast delivery, goods as described.

The item was in stock, a good quality brand at a reasonable price compared to other sites. However, the shipping charged stated next day but on the package it was printed "2 day service" by DPD. When the quoted price states next day and I pay that cost I expect that service. If the service is not available then the shipping cost should be altered or use an alternative shipper who can manage next day for my location in AB41 postcode eg Royal Mail, they are able to deliver small items to me next day, from Cornwall!

Goods were not dispatched 9 days after order was placed.

Gave 2 stars instead of 1 cos at least the refund was prompt.

But I won't shop here again.
