My Potensic Atom and orderin replacement blades
Great product! I will purchase another drone from Potensic but a bigger one with more features. Had a miscommunication with the shipping and status of replacement blades which confused me but I eventually received the item. Only complaint is Potensic could have more ways to contact their customer service and also have a faster response time. Other than that I, I enjoy my product and its been great.

I had gotten a new phone and the remote…
I had gotten a new phone and the remote was not connecting to the new phone. contacted support and they walked me through different scenarios on how to fix it. Come to find out it was a faulty data cable. They were great at sending one once we were able to figure it out! Thank you so much!

The Atom 2 is my first drone
The Atom 2 is my first drone. So far it has exceeded my expectations. Very beginner friendly. Flies well even in windy conditions. Camera quality for video and still shots is excellent. The gimbal keeps the video shots steady.

Love my Potensic Atom SE!
This is my third drone. My first drone (not a Potensic) was defective from the factory and soured me on drones for a while. I recently decided to buy another of a different brand and it`s ok, but didn`t really live up to the manufacturer`s claims about battery life. Then I bought the Potensic ATOM SE. What a great drone! Easy to fly, great camera, good range, and I especially love the case.

Terrible customer service…
I got this drone for an early Christmas present and have been dealing with the issue of my gimble drifting all the way up on its own ever since I opened the box and first used my drone, potensic didn't help me with my issue at all they just had me sending proof of the issue just for them to tell me there's nothing they can do, I chose this drone because I saw positive reviews about customer service, but I 100% regret buying anything from potensic now, stay away from this company!

Garbage company, garbage drone
I already left a review with you and on the site. Their site is filled with scummy tactics and images purposely designed to misrepresent what you are going to receive. They also do not show my review on the site nor any review lower than a 4 star and apparently only have like 19 reviews total because of it. The return process was going to cost me half of what i had already spent. Would never recommend, will never buy again.
