I got this drone on Ebay it the best thing I ever done had lot of cheap China drone from China like e88 e99 L900 and these had no gps until I got the LYZRC L900 good drone to lean to fly and get use to as they can only fly in level 3 / 4 wind resistance and found it hard to bring drone back agast the wind but it teaches you some good lesson now I have the Pontensic Atom 3sub 249 drone it out class anything I had or tried and in par with dji mini 3 Pro if not better we'll done Pontensic you did it I would love Night light on next model please can't wait till u bring out a replacement for the Pontensic Atom 3 it run at level 5 wind resistance really good like the dji but better it would be Very good if pontensic had night light as standard

As a first time drone operator I found the Atom SE to be easy to get up in the air. I see this Drone as all I want. The EIS camera is excellent for me and not needing the gimble camera. I don't do YouTube videos or quality video. More of a big boy toy but I can see some actual use in the future.

I like the Atom 3 Axis, it has a solid build quality for a lower price drone. The app for flying seem OK, I wish it had a custom control layout option! I like the right control to be forward/reverse & right/left turn, that is how I have my Mini Pro 4 setup.

Great drone! App is great. Easy to fly with the awesome controller. Gimbal works very well. Would give it 4.5 stars only because the camera video seems a bit grainy. That is my only complaint.

This is my first drone and it has been great. Very durable and easy to fly. The fly-more kit is the way to go. I see me having my Potensic Atom for a long time.

I'm a first time drone buyer. I am impressed by how easy it is to fly and control the Adam. I thought there would be a long learning curve but on day 1 I felt in control and the videos are outstanding. I would recommend this drone to anyone looking for a top line drone at a bargain price.

Final Update: I finally received my replacement Potensic drone controller, and very happy to report the new controller is working fine. It holds a charge, and I was able to successfully pair my drone to my phone potensic app, so very excited about getting familiar with how to use and navigate the drone.
I increased my rating from 2 to 3, and then from 3 to 4 due to the fact that although slow Potensic support did indeed address my faulty controller, and I am very satisfied with the support. I would have rated them a 5 as the drone is nicely built but would like to see better quality control to avoid frustration of receiving a faulty controller. The important take away is Potensic supported their product and made me whole and this is what customers expect, so I will indeed be purchasing a few more of these for my family for Christmas. Now can't wait to use the drone and take some video's and pictures. Thank You Potensic support for making me whole and fixing my problem!

Updating my post regarding Potensic support. Didn't realize the support center was closed or on skeleton crew for a week due to company event, so had some delays in my correspondence. Now that they are back getting momentum on my problem, they are sending me a replacement controller, as the one I have does not hold a charge. As a result I am changing my rating from a 2 to a 3, and will elevate again once I receive the replacement controller and it works. A true test of a company's commitment to excellence isn't in their brand, or how many products they sell, its how they treat their customers when things are not right, and thus far, although delayed, I feel like my issue will be resolved, as I am greatly looking forward to using my drone. If the drone works well, will definitely be purchasing 2 more for my family for Christmas based on this experience.

Commenting on the Potensic support response. First thanks for acknowledging the post. I have responded back to the potensic support via email with additional information including a video of the controller not holding a charge and not being able to power up, but have not heard back from support since then. Would like to be able to use the drone, so hoping this gets resolved soon. Thank You!

The drone arrived and the controller does not hold a charge. I submitted a support request to the Potensic team on Sunday 9/29 just heard back this morning. I've tried several different chargers, different cables, all with the same results. I see the 1st two dots light up like it charging, but the controller never powers up even after charging all night. So haven't been able to use the drone since it arrived.

Well I first had troubles with package, it was lost by logistic forwarder. But potensic customer support team reacted quickly and sent me new package with express delivery. I got my drone. It works perfectly.

And also it s a nice product, drone is really worth the money.

Quality of the camera is way better than expected. My first drone but easy to operate. Had a problem with the charger and was immediately resolved by customer service. Very happy!
