Fast, helpful service when I needed it most
I unfortunately lost the USB drive that came with my equipment, and wasn’t sure what to do next — especially since I’d bought the item well over a year ago. I reached out via the online chat on their website and spoke with Lauren. She was incredibly helpful and sorted everything out straight away; she emailed me the template I needed in less than 5 minutes. It’s amazing that they were still able to assist me so quickly and easily long after my purchase. Truly brilliant, efficient customer service — highly recommended!

Avoid! Send you a faulty product and do not respond to you
We ordered 2 machines back in February. One of the machines (DS-62- 1.5 Feeder Folder Inserter) which cost £2,190 arrived faulty. After multiple emails, a technician finally contacted us back and after a video call, advised it is likely the machine was damaged in transit. He said they would send parts but never did, he also wanted our IT team to dismantle the machine to troubleshoot - we will not do this as I am sure we would be blamed for the machine not working. It is now 7 weeks later and even though I have emailed 4 times and raised a formal complaint I have had no response. I called last week to be advised my complaint had been escalated and Emmaline could not help me, I have received no response again. Unfortunately we will have to report to trading standards or the small claims courts to get our money back, but I wanted to warn others before you purchase as this has caused significant problems within our operation and we have be conned out of £2,190

Brilliant Service - highly recommend
We are a small charity, using an old FM600 letter folding machine (purchased from a different retailer who has since ceased trading). The machine was in much need of servicing. Postroom-online was highly recommended to me. I was able to arrange delivery of the machine to their premises and Gareth organised the work to be done the next day so that my colleague was able to avoid a long return trip to collect it again. Machine returned in perfect working order. Their pricing is reasonable and their service is exemplary. Brilliant firm to work with. I would highly recommend. Will certainly use again.

A massive thank you to Paul, Gareth and the Team! I contacted Postroom in regards to my folding machine. They sent me a detailed 'how to' guide and some free cleaning solution. The cleaning solution worked wonders and I got so much dust and grime from the machine and rollers. Seems as though I'd put the folding plates on wrong too!🙈 BUT I wouldn't have known this if it was not for Paul sending all of this out to me. Thank you all for taking your time to help me, and keeping me updated via telephone. Thanks again!
