I always get my packages and usually within reasonable time . A bit out dated app but it works .

Like most postal services in Norway, PostNord sucks! You'd think that in the 21st century, Norway should be a role model for other countries, but compared to other European countries, Norwegian postal companies are stuck in the 1990s. I don't know if it's a mentality issue, but if so, Norwegians are seriously lagging behind other European countries. This is true for most postal companies in Norway!

The staff member at the branch was not very polite. Also, for some reason, there was no tape available, so I couldn’t seal my package.

Two times now delivered when shop is closed so cannot pick it up straight away, and then also like a joke comes message “pick it up same day to have a chance to win 10k”.
Also one delivery is in wrong pick up station.

Arrive in perfect condition, packed extremely well. All good

The package was sent to a wrong pickup point, then stopped and resent.

PostNord - nothing like service
Abysmal slow service, less than 5 work days to collect packages and completely unreliable home delivery service can leave you waiting for 2 weeks then... op... "you weren't home" [we didn't have your package with us / no room for it in the truck oops...]
Not surprising they removed all forms of direct contact from their webpage

Parcel delivered 3 days after the indicated date in the app. No realistic way to reach out PostNord customer service (a real person to talk to) to get an explanation. Had to go through the parcel sender (online shop) to get a vague answer from PostNord. "Luckily" I changed at the last time for my parcel to be sent to a pickup point, because I would have had to stay home to wait several days to get it with no clear update from PostNord apart that my parcel is at their warehouse ready for delivery. And the parcel was 21kg and required 2 people to move it, which is why it would have been good for it to arrive at my place. But I had to move it from the pickup point on my own because of that.

PostNord does earn its really bad reputation. And the only reason it delivered this parcel was because it's the only delivery company the online shop I bought things on proposed. Believe me, I will continue avoiding PostNord as much as I can even if it's more expensive.

The package arrived smashed have logged a claim and received no response so therefore no happy.
