Post My Plans were excellent from start to finish keeping us informed as to what was happening every step of the way regardless of the time of day Sags was on it.
Achieving the result we were hoping for from our local council was the goal and Sags and his team got there with their five star performance.
We would highly recommend Post My Plans to anyone considering applying for planning permission.

I used Post My plans on my retrospective application for a new boundary fence. Sags came to site and measured everything up and discussed what the complications etc will be. We subsequently amended layouts and received approval.
In my opinion a smooth and hassle free process with very good advice from the outset. I would highly recommended them for any future projects.

Great service and highly recommend to anyone who is looking to have plans drawn up locally.
Me and my partner struggled to reach other local companies who were either too busy to take our call or took more than 2-3 days to get back to us.

Sags at Post My Plans took our call even though he was about to go into another meeting and offered us free advice on how to progress with our Title split with land registry, then offered us a very competitive quote which we accepted. They went onto complete the work and liaise with our solicitor too.

5 days later we are chuffed to bits to see the end results and we are glad we made the right decision. One thing I can say for sure there are genuine companies out there who do offer what they state and Post my Plans are one of them.

Very professional and very intentions to detail very helpful highy recommended

We used Post my plans to design us a small house extension on our detached bungalow in Alsager and have been extremely pleased on the service offered. Although they were understandably very busy we received a really competitive price and the advice was far more superior to what others wanted who quoted us on hourly rates.
Definitely recommend Sags and the team, worth a call for sure if you are undertaking planning or building work that requires drawings.

I can 100% recommend Post My Plans for your planning application needs. I was representing a Residents Association trying to get planning permission for a community noticeboard. Previous application made was incorrect and the project was in a mess. I rang Sags who gave me good clear advice, was transparent about costs and took on the project, swiftly helping us to conclude the process. I was so impressed. He did exactly what he said he would, completed tasks swiftly and kept in close contact. It was an incredibly easy and professional approach. I could not recommend them more highly.

I contacted Sags when I needed planning permission for a new window on the side elevation of my house and I am so glad I did. With a little help from me (i.e. taking photos, measuring and counting bricks) he managed to remotely create and submit plans to the council. They came back with a query whilst I was on holiday, but Sags managed to talk them through what I wanted to achieve and permission was granted last night! Communication all the way through the process was excellent and he responded to my emails at all hours. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend his services.

I went to Post my Plans for planning to move my border wall out to the edge of my property. Sags was great with his advice and didn’t make any false promises about the chances of success because of being on a corner plot. I decided to go ahead with the plans on the basis of Sags knowledge and experience of dealing with the council. At first attempt we were turned down but this didn’t deter Sags and he amended and resubmitted the plans and after a short time they were approved. Would highly recommend this company for the reasonable price, knowledge and experience and excellent communication has things progressed.

The best Architectural services you can get in this universe. Sags is a very knowledgeable architect who knows his stuff and is up to date with the planning laws. He took on a challenge on a small piece of land i own which was refused planning 3 times before and worked hard, so many emails exchanged with the council, basically he has an answer to any challenge the council gave him. He is so wonderful to work with and makes you feel so comfortable and you think you know him for years, especially calling him at 8pm, 9pm on a Friday or Saturday. Will be only using him for all my other projects .

Sags is so approachable and friendly, he genuinely cares about the job he is doing, striving to get it right the first time by getting an understanding of what we wanted. Sags is a credit to architectural services, he knows his stuff and advised at every point and guided us through. He knows the expectations of the planning committee to get designs approved, he advised on this while designing. He also has a keen eye and amazing planning/design talent but checking that it’s what we wanted, all for a reasonable price. Sags is so busy but he’s working tirelessly around the clock to get plans completed (2am he emailed out floor plans for our approval).
Sags was quick to respond in answering my many questions, most not even about his work just about other processes for the extension which he always help with, he’s gone above and beyond.

Sags has been brilliant, very conscientious, hard working and professional. Always responds promptly to any queries, excellent communication skills with planning and conservation officers. Would not hesitate to recommend.
