Not sure I’d use this Company again. I was called at work so caught on the hop a bit and was offered a lot less than I expected. Accepted the ladies explanation my gold was 9ct and the very high prices advertised are for 24ct. She agreed to round up the offer from £177 to £200 to save the admin and postal charges to return my gold however on checking 9ct gold prices when I got home I saw a site where I would have been able to get almost twice the price I was offered. Lesson learned

I sent in 19g of gold and got a call for an offer of just over £200, when I questioned it I was told it was a mistake. How many people have been under quoted for their gold and accepted it.

Very quick response. Prepaid envelope arrived, posted Tuesday afternoon, phone call with good offer on Wednesday and money in bank Thursday.
