Great customer service
Ordered the hoody choosing the RM48 for delivery, but when I didn't receive confirmation of it being sent and the time had passed for me to receive the hoody, I emailed Postees. They responded within a couple of hours, sending me the royal mail link and informing that it had been delivered. Not sure why I didn't receive confirmation that the hoody had been posted, but their customer service was quick to respond and I received the hoody when expected. Hoody is lovely and my daughter is very pleased.
