Use amazon.de and both items got lost by Hrvatska Posta , said delivered to Athens, we dont live in Athens we live an hour further away so they never arrived 4 weeks still waiting. Please never use these courier people they are terrible. Lost a lot of money. Hrvatska website dosnt recognise the Amazon.De tracking reference, you go round and round. Same with amazon

Exactly the same problem everyone is having. I bought a pair of headphones from amazon and the carrier was hvartsa.posta. They said they had already attempted to deliver the product at 4:38 am... Im like wtf they expect me to be up and 4:38 am waiting for the package.
Lost packages/constantly extremely late
The worst experience i have ever had in terms of parcel service. My package was lost, god knows where, and it was apparently ''my fault'' that i asked for compensation, which i didn't really get fully. The package was worth 60 euros, which i should be getting back, plus another 12.60 for it being lost and another 12.60 for it being late obviously, and i got only 12.60. Specifically, Bjelovar. I got yelled at for no objective reason, and they told me they ''called but i did not answer'' which is of course, false. Miss at the front table should practice her attitude with her kids and husband, if she even has any of those, and not with innocent customers. Of course, no consequences for her, in any other country this is instant suspension. Use any other delivery service if possible, complete horror show.
Long wait for the package
Long wait for the package, over 37 days (distance 155 km) and in the end it does not arrive at the recipient's address but is delivered to an office 7 km from the location. The shipment was sent as registered mail.

I genuinely cannot understand how this company is still operating. They repeatedly fail to deliver packages, and they claim they attempted delivery even when it is absolutely false — my household was home at the exact time they say they knocked. Their staff is rude, dismissive, and treats customers as if they are fools. Apologies simply do not exist in their business model. I sincerely hope a competent company replaces them. Unfortunately, we are still forced to receive certain official mail through them, and I hope that finally changes.

A company that went from reliable to the worst and most unreliable delivery service in Croatia. They no longer deliver packages to home addresses, even though the address is listed as the delivery location specifically because you are not able to trek around, but instead deliver them to the local post office, where you often have to wait for over an hour to be served—not because of crowds, but because of the small number of employees who also work incredibly slowly. And even when you try to prevent this by choosing a parcel locker as the pickup location, the package still ends up being delivered to the post office, even though it is not too large to fit in the locker. They should be shut down because they truly serve no purpose anymore; private courier services are much better and more reliable.
Constantly late
Constantly late. I buy a lot from amazon.de, and delivery time from Germany to Croatia (Zagreb) is max 2 days, but delivery in Croatia (to home adress) is then at least 7-10 days. Very unproffesional, and Amazon should not work with them.

Packages get lost, delay in delivery, letters get delayed and lost, bills get lost and then delivered next month in pair with foreclosure warning letter. When you try and call their customer support (calls are charged) lines are always busy and if you try to check your delivery status in offices they never know anything for shure. Long waiting queue in almost every office anytime I go. Tracking app never gives precise information or says that the package is delivered and it is not. Postmen leave notices of failed delivery attempt even though they never tried to deliver (I was at home all day long) and that happens always. BS of a Croatian national company and national shame.
Stop buying from Amazon in protest to Hvratska Posta
I am a frequent buyer from Amazon Germany as I live in an EU country.
I have been protesting to no avail to Amazon’s customer service about the sheer incompetence and negligence of Hvratska Posta ever since Amazon starting using this company. I have lost count of the number of packages they failed to deliver with the latest one being this week.
Whenever I complain to Amazon’s customer service they either don’t reply or when they do, they don’t mention even one word about Hvratska. They simply apologise for the situation.
It is plainly clear that Amazon’s management are unwilling to terminate Hvratska's contract even though it’s costing them money to refund all the lost packages.
Now I’ve had enough of their apologies. I will stop buying from Amazon and recommend other customers do the same as the only language Amazon understands is that of loss of sales.
Terrible service, rude employers
I’ve had a very poor experience with this delivery service. Customs processing is extremely slow — one of my packages took 3 weeks to clear, and another has been “in process” for over 4 weeks with no updates.
On top of that, delivery is unreliable. Despite paying for home delivery, the courier refused to bring my package to my address, saying: “This is a regular shipment, I will not send it to another city, but I also won’t deliver it to your address because it’s a company address and students won’t find you. Pick it up at the central office.”
This means that even if you pay for delivery, they may not deliver it at all. I am still waiting for a package I ordered on July 21st — it is now August 28th and it hasn’t arrived.
Overall, the service is extremely slow, unreliable, and unprofessional. I would not recommend it if timely delivery and basic reliability are important to you.
A disaster
A disaster. Amazon Germany uses them for some of their packages. The company is truly chaotic. They don't inform their website on the movement of the package. You don't know the fate of the package once in Greece, where I live. They don't inform clients on when they will receive the package. They lose packages which cannot be traced. Unbelievable chaos. I wrote a. message to them and no response. I asked Amazon to change courier. It is shameful.
