Posta Romana is the national disgrace of Romania. I can't even imagine how come with so many beautiful and hardworking people in Romania you could have such an inefficient company. Post Romana needs to be sold to a private investor and thoroughly reformed. Part of the blame should be placed on Romanian customs which is unreformed communist era monster, so together Posta Romana and Romanian customs make lives of ordinary people a hell. I love Romania and it is such a pain to see companies like Posta Romana dragging the country back to Soviet times.

Sent a package from London to Bucharest.....It was delayed and held up in the UK because of some issues, but landed in Bucharest 20 days and tracking still stuck at 'Processing - Transit Bucharest' The number on the website doesn't work...no way to get in contact with them. This is so frustrating and INFURIATING! sent this package over 56 days ago!

This has to be the worst run business on the planet. Avoid at all cost. My local post office doesn’t open tile 12 then closes at 4….?
If everyone else on the planet works 9-5 why can this ridiculous excuse for a service still be operating
It’s an embarrassment to the people of Romania but they don’t seem to want to progress past this archaic business model. They don’t even have an eftpos machine

Do not use their services. They're awfully inefficient. And they have been inefficient for the longest time. It's not worth paying even the smallest amount of money for this kind of service. I would (and I will) avoid using their services by all means.

Dear Posta Romana, third party courier companies will cannibalise your business! In case you haven't noticed, it's happening already! And that's on you. Because of your inefficiency! People just don't want to pay for such a bad experience. You need to change that, before it's too late.

Worst experience ever!Sent a gift which was worth £250 from UK on collection was asked to pay a £70 fee to collect the item!!!!Won t use again sent with a curier it s a lot cheaper!!!

I had a package delivered to me by Amazon through Posta Romana which should have arrived 1 week later. It took 2 weeks and when I went to their office to check if my parcel was there they insisted that the postman tried delivering it to me. 10 minutes later I come back to their office and insist that my parcel was there, they bothered to check and it was in fact there. I hope I'm never going to have to deal with this unprofessional service that cannot care less about their customers.

Incompetents... overall in 2021, I bought some things from China, and one package was lost, so I had to contact the seller, to send me another one, and two days ago on Aliexpress tracking appears that the package is at the local post office, well I went there and the ladies there told me that I had to wait for a message from the post office... to get my package, she didn't even bothered to search for my package... if I could give 0 stars to this institution I would happily smash the freaking button...

As every time, they have proved themselves to be a waste of space and thieves .My own fault for trying their service again,but I've learnt my lesson.It's incredible they're still functioning,such an incompetent service,I would rate them O starts ,unfortunately that isn't an option.Shame ,shame on you!

My pack seems to be in quarantine:)) since 23.06...in 7.07.2021 is still In BSI Bucharest waiting to be delivred.

Royal Mail mistakenly sent my track and trace package to Romania (Bucharest) instead of Hungary (Budapest). Apparently they tried to deliver it (although it was addressed to a neighbouring country) and when I contacted them they said they were going to return it. After a few days I contacted them again and all of a sudden the package was delivered? To an address that’s not even in Romania. Now they won’t answer me. Thank you Royal Mail for sending my package to this professional outfit!! Avoid at all costs...

The service is very bad, the send was to much delayied and the staff was only telling me to make a complain on the site and thats the atutudine i got with the post office

Verry bad service for packages and international orders. If your packacge is not lost it will have delays. The custom service for bussnises takes more then a month and it's full of paper work and verry stressfull.
Avoid at al cost the use of Posta Romana!!

Worst service ever.

Hope some big Company can replace this "service". It's a joke to Romanians by all means! I'm waiting for a package from China since end of January, now it's middle of March. 2 weeks of traveling from China to Romania and now 2 months in here and the package is nowhere to be found. Avoid this Company, the transition from Comunism never happened there.

I would like to thank the Romanian Post office for stuffing a folder which was clearly marked DO NOT BEND into my PO box, even though the mail lady had already been to my door to deliver another package the same day. I mean, not like it was something important which I paid a great deal of money and effort for, right? Who gives a Fluff?! But, then again, I guess I understand. She had called me the day before to tell me that a document which I was expecting had arrived and to come get it cause there was nobody working that day. When I told her I couldn't come get it and if someone could come bring it, I guess that ticked her off. I mean, how dare I ask them to do the job which they are paid to do with money taken from the people that work their butt off to pay taxes!

Avoid by all means. I won't buy from China anymore or from anyone who sends the packages to Posta Romana.

It's a black hole! When a package reach them .. they get lost for months of for ever. The corrupt Romanian politics control this institution so like the corruption we need to get rid of it.

You can't contact them, can't give feedback no one accountable.

The most unprofessional national service in the whole civilised area, maybe worse than in a third world country.
Had my notice in my mailbox received in 14.01.2021, went to the post office straight away to find out that my letter arrived from overseas in 30.11.2020 and left back to the sender in 14.12.2020.
P.S. On my notice the date stamp was 04.12.2018.
P.P.S. That letter was very important to me as it contained my 3 month wages... so now I’ll have to go trough a lot of processes to get it back.
P.P.P.S. Went for a complain to the service, they’re complaining service is open Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00-13:00

Thank you for keeping a package arrived in 6 December until now in your "deposits"! You are the most disgraceful national service. I never want to have anything to do with this mailing "factory" ever! There is 0 excuse for COVID virus in keeping a package a month in your possession! You lack all the necessary skills to be a national mail service.

first package: 4-5 days to get to Romania from the opposite end of Europe and 7 days to get from there to my house. Second time: same delivery time to Romania and now I have to go in person to the post office so I can take the package from there 5 days from now because they are closed for the weekend and then have an extended bank holiday.

very unprofessional, not serious, deliver after 1-2 weeks, do not reply to email or phone, ATTENTION: THEY DESTROY THE PACKAGES
