They really deserves -0. This is a Scam company. They say they are Black Owned, however the wigs come from Nigeria. I ordered a braided wig, I did not receive an order confirmation. That made me a little suspicious. I sent the an email and they sent one days later. While waited for my confirmation number something said check reviews. I cancelled before I received the confirmation number. Once I cancelled I the got an email stating they were working on my order. I responded that I cancelled this order since I never received a confirmation email. I never received a response from them. I continued to send Poshglad emails with no response. I had to contact my credit card company to file a fraud/scam charge from Poshglad. I received an email stating I will receive the wig by December 13, 2024. Again, I emailed the company again stating I cancelled the order an do not ship it. Still no response from Poshglad. A few days later I received an email from the carrier DHL, I immediately called DHL and told I will not accept the product. I was than informed that the wig was being shipped from Nigeria. I was unaware that the wig was coming from Nigeria. According, to the website they are based in the U.S. They deceive people by believing they are Black owned and the company is located at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE.

I then received another text from DHL, they shipped the wig anyway without responding to any of my email. I had to call DHL again and told them that do not ship the product before it left Nigeria. I had to tell DHL not to step on my property because I called and told them not to ship it. They told to me to just ship it back. I didn’t want the hassle of trying to get them to respond to my emails for a return. Poshglad knows that shipping it back and expensive so customers accept the junk because they don’t want to waste more money and time. This so called company is a Scam and unethical. I would never buy anything from Nigeria. I also called the number listed on the Poshglad website an African lady answered and said I had the wrong number. I know it was the correct number they are just Scammers. If they say they are the best, why do they not have any customer service . A word to the wise “DO NOT ORDER FROM POSHGLAD. Liars and Thieves. I’m pretty sure whomever left a positive comment was the merchant themselves. I purchased a shade knotless wig which is the same wig I ordered a year ago but the color was supposed to be blonde mixed with 1b but was shiny gold with hardly no 1b and also not the best lace as I ordered which is Swiss. My beautician that did my first install noticed the lace was cheaper. I was very disappointed and surprised to see what came to my door. These wigs are too expensive to be misled. Keep your coins people and don’t get scammed.

I tried returning a wig that didn’t fit and tangled right from opening the package. I couldn’t believe my eyes. This wig was synthetic that tangled all the way and wasn’t human hair as advertised. They advertise a hassle free return but all lies. First they want you to return to nigeria but advertise that they operate in the United States. Second shipping cost more than $300 to return. I figured they set this up this way because they know that this will make people give up and be forced to keep the bad wig that they sell. I wouldn’t recommend anyone wasting their money buying any wig from this website. Don’t do it at all. Gladies was all friendly and welcoming when I first made inquiries about the wig but stopped responding once I said that there was an issue. Stay away from them they are a big joke and a scam

I also would give the so called Black owned company a zero plus zero rate. Anybody reading this review PLEASE TAKE CAUTION AND DON’t spend your hard earned money with the SCAMMING SOB OF A COMPANY!!! I did the same thing order by braids, spoke to Gladys the same day I took it out of the package. The wig was synthetic Too Big , hard crunchy hair and heavy, I called immediately and that troll said the same thing someone would get in touch with me, but Gladys avoided all my emails, 6 photos and several calls. I’m gonna try and shut their s—- down and have that site pulled off, because nobody’s got time to have someone RIP them off for Greed.PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!!!POSHGLAD IS A FRAUD!!!!!

Wish i could leave zero star. DO NOT BUY. Please go elsewhere to purchase your wigs. Yes i said it. I ordered HD lace but what they sent me didn’t look anything close to HD lace. I know this because i have a couple of the real HD lace from other wig companies. The lace from poshglad looks cheap and terrible. Y’all should be ashamed of scamming and deceiving people. I spent close to $500 and also paid some extra fees to get pictures of my wig before it was shipped but what poshglad sent me wasn’t anything close to the picture. It also had this strong bad smell. I am so disappointed. i went straight to the postal service to return but i was in for the greatest shock. They advertise with false information claiming to be located in Delaware and Texas but they are actually located in Nigeria. Wig came from Nigeria and i was asked to pay a tone of $330 to have that heavy smelling mop returned. I contacted them many times regarding the return fee but someone rudely told me customers are responsible for a return. Poshglad doesn’t care about customers. DO NOT BUY SIS. DO NOT BUY SIS. DO NOT BUY SIS. DO NOT BUY SIS.

If I could leave 0 stars I would they sent me this heavy wig that look like they was training a 12 year old to make them when I tried to return it they said 200$ big rip off DO NOT order from them they let them practice and want to charge us with no return that is logical would never order anything from poshglad or Nigeria wig nothing

They sell wigs that are trash. Not full or complete. Then they want you to return it to Nigeria ... when they have a warehouse in Delawareand well to pay for shipping there would cost well over $300. Complete RIP OFF!! Run now sis

This is the best black owned braided wigs company ever. I am 53 and I suffer from alopecia. I've been wearing wigs for over 15 years, and poshglad Wigs are one of my many favourites. I've bought 3 Wigs from this company and I love all my Wigs.

Constructive criticism is okay, however, people who claim they've had an unpleasant experience with the company are people who don't read. They have multi-choice product options on their website. And, what you select is what they'll produce and ship, that's how manufacturering works.

That's my two cents.

I wish i leave a 0 star. I used my credit card for a wig i was interested in and they took almost $300 from my card immediately. Next day they took more money from my card for no reason. I contacted them for a refund and to know why more money was taken but they ignored my emails. I had to contact my credit card company, they were able to determine that it was fraud from poshglad wigs. They are thieves

Do not purchase wigs from poshglad. I purchase 2 wigs and both wigs were poorly made and looks horrible. There customer service is just as bad as the wigs. I will continue searching never purchase from poshglad wigs.

I just recently brought a Poshglad wig. I looked at the video and written reviews. I ordered a full HD lace wig and I asked for it to look like the model. I was so happy when I got the wig. When I opened it, it looked nothing like the model. The lace was white and the braids were not full, and the parts were spaced. It wasn't what I paid for. I went on their site and contacted customer service and they didn't answer. I read the instructions for returns and did exactly what they said and I didn't get any replies. I even went to DHL to give them back the wig. I didn't have a shipping label. DHL told me it would cost me $227.00 to mail it back. I was disappointed and sad. Now, because this is a black owned business I ordered another wig but asked for expedited service. I did this to support the company.

Two days later I contacted customer service and I received a response. I told the person what happened and he or she commented no worries I will get a response and the person asked for my order number. I gave them my order number and he or she never replied back. Disappointed. This company is not living up to their returned policy. They want you to send a picture with you wearing the wig to heighten up their business but don't want to deliver if the customer is unsatisfied! I am still waiting! I want to say beware of this company's business ethics! I want my money back!

I ordered a faux locs wig. Poshglad did not inform me that the color I selected was not available. Instead, they sent me a random color wig. I was disappointed with the color and tried to contact them multiple times. They only responded to me after I commented on many Instagram posts. They told me to return the wig and I’d get a full refund. I returned the wig and it was signed for on May 24. Today is June 14 and I haven’t gotten a response or refund. They say they have 24/7 customer support but that is not true. I’m very disappointed in the service as I’ve bought wigs from them before. I’d just like my refund and an update

Wasted over $600 for HD lace from Poshglad braided wig. When it came i was so excited to open the box after the long wait but to my surprise the full lace poshglad company sent me wasn’t HD full lace. It was the exact same full lace I previously bought from another hair company for $250 that looks better. The braid are also tiny and not like the picture on their site. I went off of the fake reviews on the site. $600 is a whole lot of money to waste. Do not order thinking you will get HD lace. You are sure to get the cheaper lace and the size is also too small. I contacted them and they kept telling lies it was HD. I have waited several months for this to be rectified but i will be contacting my bank for a refund.
