Horrible I have purchased 2 trikes and I haven't received any. I was supposed to be issued a refund months ago and haven't received anything.

Love love love this store! Not just the selection and quality, but the service. Super friendly and quick to respond. Will continue to come here for baby gifts for friends!

This is the second time I bought clothes for my newest grandson. The quality is exceptional and unique. Since I live on the East Coast I most recently called in an order. The service was excellent. The person who helped put my order together was knowledgeable and gave me good options. The clothing arrived quickly and my grandson looks adorable! I will definitely purchase again.

Their inventory online wasn’t accurate, so they called to offer another option as the item I purchased they no longer had in stock. I declined adding another item in its place, but they still allowed the free shipping! So sweet of them & will definitely be shopping here again. Also, love my purchases! So soft & great quality.

Posh Baby is a wonderful store that we value having in the city. The sales associates provide the best help and the have a great selection of baby and kids gift and toys.

We love Posh Baby as an excellent local source of some of the best quality baby products out there. We got most of our "big ticket" items from this shop - crib and mattress, car seat and stroller, and glider. I love that this shop carries the high quality that they do when it comes to these items that impact the health and safety of your baby. It was so nice to be able to see and learn about these products in person, with extremely helpful, warm staff who all seem to know when to help, and when to let you breathe and browse. We are now expecting baby #2 and are back to this shop again, this time during a pandemic. They went above and beyond for us, and helped us do a same-day purchase and local no-contact delivery on some essential nursery items. I really appreciated that level of customer service.

Great staff! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Made such an overwhelming time easy. Great selection and I love that I can get my car seat installed for free.
