Items came all great, only complaint is they refunded an item once as it oversold from a sellout. Expect from that good customer service and clothes

I’ve ordered from Poser multiple times now — it’s genuinely my go-to for streetwear. Every order has been amazing, and the quality has always been spot on. I’ve never had any issues with the pieces themselves, and on the rare occasion I needed help, customer support was responsive and genuinely helpful.

Wow!only if I could give more than 5 stars , best joggers ive ever had with such premium quality . Worth every penny !! Will definitely be buying again and couldn’t recommend these enough with amazing customer service . Superb baggy fit that you can style with absolutely anything , I will be back !

My son bought a top from this business and we both have been trying to get in touch with them to exchange for a larger size. I have emailed via the website twice and emailed the support email address numerous times since Christmas - The only two options and still no reply - I will now have to take legal advice

Ordered football shirt for Christmas present. Doesn't fit I've emailed 20 times they want me to busy another shirt full price and they will sent another free. I don't want 3 shirts. Company is a joke. Don't buy from them. Customer service is awful

I am STILL awaiting correspondence and a refund from poser London despite the item that I returned being with them since November 18th.

I ordered some joggers a year ago from the real site from their instagram page and I accidentally put the wrong address. I sent them an email and they responded saying I will need to reorder them and pay only the shipping fee. I tried but it wouldn’t let me reorder them and ever since for 1 year I have repeatedly sending them emails about my order and I get ignored

Their service is always attentive and efficient in case of any issue, and the brand offers high-quality, beautiful clothing, so I truly recommend them. And be careful with fake websites!!!

This is the 4th time I’ve purchased from Poser London and I am delighted with my order once again. I’ve previously bought t-shirts, sweatshirts and baggy jeans for various members of the family. Quality is great, and delivery is generally prompt. My latest purchase of the grey joggers with drawstring cuffs and matching hoody for my nephew (19) were a big hit - soft, comfy, easy to wear and have washed well - confirming this is a great, young British brand to buy from. Do beware of several dubious sites pretending to be Poser (they usually end with .uk). The official brand has an instagram which links to their (legitimate) poserlondon .com site. A shame others have had negative experiences with fake sites.

There seems to be multiple URL websites for this brand. I ordered from poserlondon uk. I have received no order confirmation email and contacted them on the email address contact details and the email bounced. The address on their website also is a virtual office company and the lady who answered wouldn’t disclose who the companies were they operate for. I now have to wait 30 days before I can log a fraudulent entry with my credit card company. Do not purchase from them

What a scam.!!!!!!!! I paid for a jumper and it did not turn up!!!!

No one emails you back I have tried 5 times and no reply!!!!

They take your money and don’t send anything

Forced to give 1 star instead of the zero stars it deserves. Ordered and paid £60 on 4 August. Got one email confirming order...then nothing since. Chased them up many times with no reply. Then noticed order was updated to "Fulfilled" - but nothing ever arrived. Every chasing email ignored. Wish I'd visited Trustpilot first!! Total scammer.

Do not ignore the reviews!
Went ahead and bought despite the negative reviews online, only to be down £53 with no item 2 weeks after. No contact despite me reaching out on multiple platforms. Would give 0 stars, complete and utter scammers!

This brand is refusing returns or refunds for online orders, even though that’s illegal under UK consumer law. The Consumer Contracts Regulations clearly state that online customers have a 14-day right to cancel and return items for a full refund — no questions asked. They completely ignore this and try to claim “no refunds” is their policy, which is misleading and unlawful.

It’s a shame because the product itself looked okay, but the customer service and refusal to follow basic legal standards ruined the experience. I’ve reported them to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. I’d recommend avoiding them until they change their practices.

Don't buy from this company. Shocking customer service, they just take your money and then ignore your email. No confirmation of purchase, no items sent, no emails replied to. Don't waste your time or money.

Avoid like the plague.
