I applied my visa 3wks ago, due to lack of funding for myself and my son flight and accommodation, I did manage to book late. So everything last minute booking and applied my visa, I lost my hope to get visa on time, so I tried to book online but they said very impossible to get early booking because of the date that I given and they advice me to find another agent and found this agent and I was a bit hesitant about just in case no hope again but it’s a big reassurance because they promised me 100% that I will get my visa on time. Found their website online by chance and was the best discovery made. They are a legit company and help with visas. There were appointments available for literally the next day. Responses were instant on WhatsApp and they answered all y questions and we got the visa in under a week! Thank you for your help!!

Very unprofessional staff. I was enquiring about my appointment slip as my passport number was incorrect and the visa type was incorrect but the staff I spoke to was very condescending and threatened me if I continue being difficult which I wasn’t, I was just trying to get an answer, they will cancel my appointment even when I already paid a ridiculous amount just for an appointment slot. He kept cutting me off whenever I explain or whenever I try to talk. I asked for a manager to escalate the call but the guy I was talking to said he was the manager.

I still got the slot but I am giving a review about the professionalism of their staff.

Seems like the only way to get a VFS global appointment is through them. Have used them in the past and Jerry is always helpful and provides guidance. I would definitely recommend for Schengen Visa processing !

Expensive, but seems to be the only way to get an appointment at VFS Global these days! Great friendly service from Jerry, very quick replies and very quick appointment booking. The whole process went very smoothly.
