We had no idea truffles grew in Italy until we stumbled across this experience, and it completely blew us away. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, not just about truffles, but about the land, the seasons, and the whole ecosystem that makes them grow. Walking through the property with the dogs leading the way felt like being let in on a secret. We found several truffles ourselves (with a little help!), and the tasting session afterwards was the perfect ending, simple, fresh, and genuinely delicious. This is the kind of experience you can't get from a tour bus. Highly recommend to anyone curious about Portuguese nature and food. We'll be back.

We discovered Portugal Farm Experiences while planning our holiday and it was hands down the best decision we made! The platform is so easy to use and the variety of authentic farm experiences available is incredible , from orange and lemon groves to olive oil tastings and wine estates.

We booked a citrus farm tour in the Algarve and it was magical. Fresh air, stunning scenery, incredibly warm hosts and the most delicious oranges we've ever tasted straight from the tree. The kids were absolutely in their element!

What really stands out is how curated and trustworthy the platform feels. You can tell these are real, passionate producers who love sharing their world with visitors.

Based on the glowing reviews online, we were expecting an informative and immersive cork farm visit. What we got was a brief walk through a property with minimal information shared mostly basic facts that you could easily find online. There was little to no real insight into the cork production process, and we didn't see any actual harvesting or demonstrations. The tasting at the end consisted of a small glass of wine and a few tiny slices of jamón, definitely not worth the price. When we asked politely for a bit more jamón, we were told no. Even worse, two people in our group couldn’t make it, and the hosts refused any kind of refund or credit. Overall, this felt more like a quick side hustle for a local farm than a genuine tour. For €50 per person, we expected much more value, both in terms of content and hospitality. Would not recommend.

These people are complete scammers. Their website shows multiple "reviews" of cork tours, all of them almost 5 stars. We made the mistake and booked on one - 50 euros per person, for a group of 15.
The "tour" was a 1,5 hour walk in the farm, without seeing anything apart from a few cork trees, and listening to minimal cork process information that we could have used ChatGPT for (and would have been better). Then we got served 3 small pieces of jamon per person, plus a glass of wine. Asked for more Jamon and was told no. Asked for a refund for the 2 people that did not come and was told no. These scammers took 750 euros for a random farmer to walk us around a non-interesting farm, and serve us 20 euros worth of food. Then the website refused to intervene, and there is no way of putting a real review there. SCAMMERS!
