I joined as a partner in February 2023, it took me a little over 6 weeks to get my return on investment, my first deal, in fact, took me above what I spent on the training. This was an added bonus, to be honest, and I was not expecting that return. My attitude to training is that you either pay for it in lessons or you pay for it (usually much more in real-life trades and lessons with your money on the line). David and his team are more than just teachers, they are actively investing and only advise on things that they themselves do or have done. The reason I selected Fast Property was the down to earth no pressure sales from David, he truly is a pleasure to work with and his character aligns with my morals. Which is very much to put peoples interests first, he embodies caring about all the people in the property process. Sure we need to make a profit but if anyone is being unethical then it is not a deal to be done. I am currently working on 4 of my own deals as a deal taker and around 6 in flight currently. Though another possible dozen or so are being nurtured. If you are thinking of joining, research David and Fast Property, as I did, I think I found one bad word about him on Property Tribes. Quickly noticing that the author pretty much has a problem with everyone and indeed she offered an unqualified opinion in any case. The lack of negative comments was reassuring, but talking to David and his team was the winner for me. Also look at David's YouTube content, this is amazing and I would say look at it all he gives away a lot and truly wants to help. Joining as a partner is a big commitment but it is one I know you will not regret. Look at previous students etc. and see if they are still trading talk to them and see their experience. Call me if you want an honest third-party answer to your questions. Do your homework, and you will see if it is right for you.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fast property partners, it has been truly life changing for me. When I first started I had zero knowledge about property and didn’t have huge sums of money to invest. I have just completed my first year, have sold property deals and have my own investment. The course is extremely well structured and very comprehensive. I was anxious about making the investment and starting a business, but David has been supportive at every step. I have been working with David for about 6months now and I've just managed to secure a deal in South London with a landlord on a lease option. The house has got huge potential to convert in to two 3 bedroom houses with big profits. I have been on David France’s Portfoliomillionaire training programme now for the last 8 months setting up my deal sourcing business. I have been learning all the different strategies to acquire properties for as little money down as possible for the best return on investment. Whilst setting up my sourcing business I am still working my 9-5 job, so progress has not been as fast as I’d hoped but I’m delighted to say I have just recently completed on my first 4 bed HMO deal on a lease option agreement. I don’t currently have a list of investors to sell my deals onto yet so Dave kindly allows all his students to sell them to his large database of buyers which I achieved a 2k fee for this deal. Dave and Mike who is also a trainer within the Portfoliomillionaire programme are both fantastic mentors who have years of experience in property and without their help and step by step training material I’m pretty sure I would not of been able to secure this deal. I have learnt a hell of a lot so far on my property journey and I know there is still a lot for me to learn about this business but I’m sure I will get a lot more deals under my belt this year.

Exactly what I signed up for!

It took me a while to decide this would be right for me as I have very little time due to my job offshore, however the plan I have been given allows me to run this in my own time as the training is not location dependant.

I will say this is far from get rich quick (does that even exist?) but if you put the time in you can see how this can grow to something much bigger as a small portfolio of houses can make you very wealthy over time.

As far as I am concerned no other business I have seen produces income like this as a lot of franchises or businesses take months to see a return which is why I choose this, plus they are normal people, no flashy or gimmicky stuff saying you will be a millionaire over night nor do they expect you to build their brand, we are shown to build our own business..

I have sold some properties on to investors like they show which has nearly covered the entry fee already, also I took a few properties for my portfolio which are at a deep discount.

We are given a plan to follow based on our individual goals and this is reviewed constantly by the team, only sign up if you are prepared to do some work

Final word is if you want something that works that you are prepared to commit to then go for it!

This is a great course to be part of.

Being part of this course has taught me how to run my own business and learn different property strategies.

We have now built up a good list of investors and leads to work with and very close to closing are first few deals.

The learning content is very easy to follow which is a massive benefit.

David France and his small team are credible, realistic and humble whilst being successful in their own right. They will provide actionable and valuable advice which if followed will give you results. This is not a "get rich quick" scheme and they do not sell snake oil.

During my mentorship I have been both exposed to realities of the industry but also protected from costly common beginner pitfalls by acting on sound advice that has already paid (and will continue to pay) for itself many times over.

I was entirely new to both property and business in general before I met Dave, but with the foundation and value he and his team have provided me with during my mentorship I am confident I can continue to make my way in this industry over the coming years with success.
