I purchased a new 27" iMac from them and a 9.7" iPad Pro.
I purchased a new iMac from them. Their price was slightly lower than Apple's. Since it was a new model and I ordered it modified, the site said it was not in stock. I was expecting that. Shortly after I placed the order, they called me and reinforced that there would be a delay of about 2 - 3 weeks on this new product and asked if I was aware of that and was I OK with it. They offered to cancel the order. Nice of them to follow up.
The iMac arrived in a couple of weeks, as expected, in perfect shape.
We then went back a month later and purchased a discontinued iPad Pro 9.7" The item arrived two days later. They are on the west coast and we are on the east, so that was prompt shipping.
I forgot to apply a $10 off coupon from my first order. I called up and left a voice mail. They promptly lowered my order price by the $10. That was very nice of them.
I will order all of my Apple products from Portable One in the future.
