Cool website and great customer support! Recommended shopping site!!

They advertise a Hassle free, 30 day money back guarantee on their site, yet it's been anything but hassle free!? Offered to refund me 15% of my order to not return or exchange!? Told me it could cost me alot more in the end. Not okay! POPZORA IS UNTRUSTWORTHY! Order from a good, reliable site you already know.

The quality of their products is shoddy at best. Their return policies are wrong. They have to approve any returns and then the buyer has to pay the return shipping to CHINA. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I'd give this company 0 stars if I could. My jacket looked NOTHING like the picture. In the website it says it has easy returns which is bulls**t. In the email I received this morning they said I could ship the item on my own dime BACK TO CHINA OR could get a refund of 15%!!! WTH?? Seriously? That would get me $5 on the $35 I spent. I also ordered another jacket with the same order, spent $12 on express shipping and it hasn't even shipped yet!! It has been well over the promised 7 days. I'd really just like a full refund minus the shipping cost. This company is a scam. Don't waste your time or money....

Good evening. I waited for weeks to receive my order of an olive green winter coat. This is not quality this is an abomination. The fabric is flammable, thin and not worth anything close to $60 of my hard earned money. It took me quite a while to save to pay out of my budget and bills for this coat. I now have no coat to wear in the frigid Michigan winter. Take this back I want my shipment money too. It’s nothing like suede not even a good imitation. What color is this, airbrush - muddy yellow and green.It’s so ugly I won’t show my family members what a fool I was to purchase based off your false advertising pics. There’s no real cotton to be found on this costume of a coat! No Sherpa and nothing insulating.

Scam. They used photos of name brand shoes with markings removed (I didn't realize this or recognize the shoes as brandname until searching later) and sent absolute junk that didn't look anything like the photo. Was not wearable. No way to resolve except sending them back to China and that shipping costs almost as much as the shoes.

Total Fraud Company!!! We ordered 3 seperate items & not one was even close to the photos used on the web site. Buyer be very aware.
They dont seem to operate a very honest company!!

EDIT FOLLOWING REPLY: Popzora claims that the items ordered do not meet my expectations! Really? Try false advertising. Not one of the 6 items ordered were accurate - down to different colors, different materials and my favorite - PRINTED PICTURES OF KNIT ON A "SWEATER" THAT WAS JUST A SHIRT. I would suggest honesty in advertising, but then how would you scam so many people?

Absolute junk. You get what you pay for! I wrote reviews that are 1 star and obviously they arent posted on website (including pictures of actual items). I am going to take the hit and not return items for refund because the consumer must paying shipping costs and that is TWICE what I paid, so Im out no matter what I do. Lesson learned, but I will make sure none of my friends or family are fooled.

I would advise everyone to stay away from popzora. They don't communicate well. Shipping takes forever. I haven't received any updates on an order from two weeks ago even though they had NO PROBLEM taking my money.

I ordered a pair of boots, earrings, and a shirt. The boots arrived, smelling like chemicals and made from cheap s--- garbage material and they were misrepresented on their website. The color is wayyyyy off. Also, they misrepresent their facility, stating that they're in Fremont, CA. I want to return these boots and learned that I have to ship them BACK TO CHINA, at MY EXPENSE!! Or, take a huge loss and get 15% refunded. What a scam. My shirt never made it, time will tell if I get a refund. I am going to do some digging and if I can take legal action, I certainly will. I spent $60 on cheap chemical laden crap. I am tired of these rip off companies. Most people don't do anything about it when they get burned like this.

Bewared before you purchase from Popzora. Read and learn from me. Read my my comments before you purchase. The web sight has many items offered at what seems reasonable prices. However, my order was instantly charged, but took over 79 days( 2+ months) to be delivered. The items was not as advertised and when I wanted to return, I was told because it came from China and would take a long time and be a large expense to me to make the return, they would offer me a 15% refund ($6.00)!
I feel this is just a money raising scram in exchange for inferior quality products. I got taken, do not let it happen to you!

Wow! Thank you for informing me what I was about to get myself into. I almost hit the submit button for an $150. order the clothes look so cute...Something said go to the reviews since this is your first order.

I ordered a purse, It was described as felt with a design on it of little houses. I would NEVER order from here again. It is Cheap it was going to be a Christmas gift there is no way I would give this to my friend. It looks like I bought it a Five Below..

I ordered two pairs of shoes. One never arrived. The others didn't fit but I think that even if they did fit, they wouldn't stay on my feet - the sole is weirdly stiff and not flexible at all! I tried to return but was told (by email) that I need to send it back to China (and pay for that) or I could get a 15% cash back deal. I'm disputing now with my credit company. It's totally too bad because the pictures of their shoes are really really cute and awesome prices.

Beware! Another scam Chinese company where actual products are nothing like the ones on their site. Inferior materials and workmanship. Sizing is all wrong. They persist because shipping takes forever and returns are difficult and expensive. You are throwing good money away.

Picture are not identical with what you get.
Picture shows felted gloves which looks high quality, delivered were fleece gloves with polyester leaves looking real cheap.
I'm glad, I didnt't order somethin big.

Ordered cardigan made of heavy corse knit with 5 buttons. Received, after several weeks,flimsy thin cardigan of different style and color with 4 buttons.When requested return service I received a long and complicated instructions about how much it will cost me to return it to China. First time in my 40 years in America I am faced with such a lousy service. It was my first and last purchase from Popzora.
