Avoid at all cost ...PONYCAPE TALLIN have taken money out of my account on the 6th September 22 years after buying a cap off ponycap. Absolutely disgusting.
This company is not to be trusted at ALL.

FRAUD FRAUD - I got a cap from them years ago. Now in September 2022 they have withdrawn money from my account in 2 occasions. One for 29,90€ and one for 79,80€. Both from PONYCAPE TALLIN.

Do not buy! Very cheap quality & not comparable to the picture.
Original transaction in June 2021 showed Vestilly on statement. Today (Sep 22) I have an Intl Transaction & direct debit from Tallinn on my account that is fraud. The transaction is labelled as Ponycape with the random e on the end. Phone number listed is +37255530563. Someone has fraudulently used my details to take money from my account and is posing as Ponycap

The quality of the caps is very low. The material is not 100% wool as stated in the listing; it is acrylic and has a bad smell.
Customer service asked me to return the item, but I would have to pay for shipping even though the fault is not mine. In fact, they did not send what I ordered - a wool cap.
Terrible experience, they are completely unprofessional. Please stay away from them.

This website claims the hats are 100% wool and exceptional quality They are cheap 100% acrylic and are of poor quality straight from China. False advertising and therefore illegal. They also claim they are trademarked ! Also fake. No customer service. Avoid if you don't want to lose money.

I love this brand so so much !! It fits perfectly and I struggle as have small head !! I’m so so happy with my new hat !!! Fast delivery, excellent customer support, recommended !!

DO NOT BUY EVER!!!!!! Did not deliver my item, refused to give a refund, told me their tracking said it had been delivered. Sent me the tracking which clearly showed it hadnt! Then after my repeated requests for a refund, just reshipped my order which I no longer wanted. Terrible company, terrible service. Beware!!!!

Order took a long time to arrive- first time I queried it, I got an apology and a link to a tracker with a progress bar. It progressed to the end (delivery), but there was still no sign of my order. I queried it again- no response this time, but the tracker reset. This time, my order arrived while the tracker said it was still in transit, so either the tracker doesn't work or it's fake.

When the caps arrived, the front looked as it does online and ok quality, but the back looked not great - cheap, almost plasticy instead of material. But the biggest issue is the shape and size - the caps aren't deep enough to fit even the smallest adult head, they sit way above my ears and would pop off with the slightest movement or breeze. (I'm a petite adult, around 5ft 3 with just an average sized head - I've never had an issue with any hat not fitting before and certainly not through being too small). As well as not being deep enough, the caps are weirdly wide though, so you can't even repurpose them and give them to a child as they'll be too big. Utterly useless, money wasted and you can only get a refund if you pay for return shipping to Estonia.

Fake pictures on the website, very cheap caps for too much money. Just made in China.
The pictures show the caps with a cc by the side on the cap. It's not on the caps. Basically they just used pictures from another brand. The caps look different.

I ordered in January, immediately sent the caps back and I am still waiting for my refund! No response to my open claims.

As all others took money weeks later no goods and no replies to messages. Raised dispute with PayPal who have refunded me after they sent a fake UPS tracking number

Same as everyone else - money taken, no goods, and once dispute raised with AMEX, they issued Royal Mail tracking code that is not recognised. Also, have started to get spam WhatsApp messages from China too! Wish I hadn’t ordered from them!

Chinese website scam, they take the money and deliver nothing. PayPal dispute raised that currently they responded to with a tracking reference not recognised by Royal Mail! Avoid at all costs

They took my money on the 8th of February and I'm still waiting for my hats. Have emailed them twice now and no response. Like with everyone else has said, avoid this company.

Con artists! Total scammers! Claimed to have shipped my order on 19th January but more than a month later it hasn't arrived. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Judging by the other comments about this, I am not alone in my payment being accepted immediately, but the goods never arriving.
No response from the company any time. PayPal dispute raised.
