Relief When I received MY Order
All went well with the order and delivery in the end .. but, I was panicking as my koi pond had failed.
I emailed twice through my account as your tracking system is very vague and only said "awaiting shipment" .. which could mean you were waiting for a delivery. I did not receive a reply to my panicking emails.
My order arrived without any notice on the 6th working day (within 5-7 days). I was very relieved when it arrived .. but I could easily have not been home..

Great Service
The filter in my outdoor pond stopped working on a Sunday and having looked at the options available to secure a replacement as quickly as possible and chose Pondsuperstores. Delivery was stated as between 3-5 working days but to my delight, surprise and relief the new filter arrived on the Tuesday and I was able to install it thus minimising the the time the pond was unfiltered.

Cloverleaf All Seasons is working well
Cloverleaf All Seasons is working well, after 1 treatment, and the blanket weed is gradually receding. The cloudiness only lasted 2 days.
I was concerned that my pond's pumps and filter would become clogged with debris but this hasn't happened however it has been recommended that I purchase Sludge Answer to clear the remnants of the blanket weed on the pond floor.
