Ordered the planner in white from…

Ordered the planner in white from Website as a Christmas present. Color not as described so returned quickly and was signed for on 3rd January expecting a refund. As nothing forthcoming I both emailed at least on 4 occasions over the next 6 weeks and also via their help screen. It was only today after finding contact number via web research they committed to refund. While you product may be good you do yourself a disservice on your customer care when things don't work out.

AMAZING stationery 10/10

AMAZING stationery. Read about this brand in a New York article and it turns out to be a wonderful Anglo-American firm based in Newcastle. I am a writer and a journalist and am so impressed by the quality of the planners. Worth ten times the price!

Great weekly planners!

Top planners, purchased mine after reading the article on the Independent about it being the best planner in 2019, recieved mine in the post yesterday a day after ordering!

Can’t wait for 2019 to start using mine!
