Totally disappointing experience
I had a disappointing experience with Poluno. The product quality was poor, and its size was way too small compared to standard measurements. What's worse, it cannot be returned, and the waiting time for its arrival was unreasonably long. It's frustrating to deal with a product that doesn't meet expectations and offers no option for a return.
