Let down and no sofa for ten days

Delivery due tomorrow and cancelled , we have no sofa to sit on and have to wait 10 days for new delivery date , tried to complain and told nothing we can do and cat escalate to anyone .

Very poor customer service , new name same poor service from them .

God help me if it's faulty !

Appaling level of aftersales service…

Appaling level of aftersales service and no accountability is taken for an order placed incorrectly by staff in-store, in Sheffield. I placed an order for a sofa in a very specific grey colour due to having a dog with dark fur. I checked the fabric in store and checked again on the day of ordering with the person who placed the order (Callum I beleive) and when the sofa arrived over 2 months later, it is a light stone colour.

Having been into the store to explain this, where I clearly showed the colour I had selected, my claim was completely dismissed as me ordering the wrong colour code. On the website the colour code on the order form looks nothing like the actual colour, as well as the sample colour on the order form being the correct grey, not the light stone of the sofa delivered.

After having the matter escalated to a Sheffield store manager, they had no interest in attempting to resolve this and pushing it back on me as ordering the wrong colour code, when I am not the person who entered the order, being staff in-store and I cannot know all of the colour codes, particularly if the sample colours are completely incorrect online and on the sales order form.

I am now left with a sofa costing over £2k in the wrong colour and no support being provided or any attempt to resolve the matter. Regardless of a new brand name, it's the same old mistakes being made at ScS Sheffield.

good explanation

Mr Livio Di Chello took a good care of me and explained the detail, especially the delivery to the house.
Due to the size of the door, I had to change the smaller sofa, it was very well explained.
And he gave me a time to consider well, not to make me rush to decide. It was a good point too.
Looking forward to receiving my sofa.

Visit to Kidderminster store

I visited the store in Kidderminster and was met with a very helpful assistant named Stephanie. She explained everything clearly to me, left me to browse for as long as I wanted to and was very helpful when I chose a sofa to suit my needs. I found a very relaxed atmosphere in the shop with a wonderful range of sofas at reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend

Garry at the Oldham Elk Mill

Garry at the Oldham Elk Mill branch was spectacular! So friendly, so helpful, and all around fantastic. Honestly he’s a huge reason of why we decided to buy our sofas there and we’re so thrilled with the service and products. We can’t wait to receive our new sofas! Hats off to Garry!

Great experience buying my sofa but disgusting delivery

Great experience buying my sofa, and great quality- disgusting service having it delivered and impossible to speak to customer services. Managed to capture the entire interaction on video by chance as was charging my ring door camera - delivery men were visability annoyed for some reason threw items on the floor and caused multiple pieces of damage across my apartment.

Fraudulent detax promises

French below

The sales people promise a lot and then the after sale is very poor. We decided to purchase from Annemasse instead of directly in Geneva because the sales people confirmed they offer a detax service . However they did not mention that we would have to pay an import fee on top of the purchase price and we have still not received the detax money despite providing all requested documentation straight away and have been chasing for four months . So it has cost us more then if we had bought directly in Geneva . I have read other reviews stating the same and very disappointed . Each time they promise to follow up and nothing is done . Avoid buying from this store .

Nous avons décidé d'acheter à Annemasse plutôt qu'à Genève, car les vendeurs nous ont confirmé qu'ils proposaient un service de détaxe. Cependant, ils ne nous ont pas précisé que nous devrions payer des frais d'importation en plus du prix d'achat. De plus, nous n'avons toujours pas reçu le remboursement de la détaxe, alors que nous avons fourni tous les documents demandés immédiatement et que nous les relançons depuis quatre mois. Excellent Service and Great Quality Sofas

It is the second time I have purchased sofas from Poltronesofà and I am very satisfied. Mr. Akis served us excellently, with great patience and professionalism. He never pressured us, he was always smiling and had a great sense of humor. He gave us the time we needed to choose exactly what we wanted.
