Extremely Poor Quality and Customer Service
I purchased a brand-new sofa in 2022 from a reseller for polipol.de in Poland. I had requested a specific color and leather type, and when it was made and delivered, I immediately noticed several issues. First, the leather stitching was not done in a straight line down the center of the sofa. The stitching in the corners was poorly executed, resembling the work of a summer worker with absolutely no training or skill.
Furthermore, one of the motorized sections of the sofa, which extends electrically, started making a disturbing knocking noise. I raised a complaint about all these issues, but the store told me I would need to send the sofa back at my own expense since I had picked it up from their location. This became impossible as packing and shipping such a large sofa was far from easy.
Now, nearly three years later, one of the legs of the sofa has become warped, and the section that previously made a noise when extended has come loose, causing one part of the sofa to sit lower than the other. I have never experienced such poor quality from a sofa that cost over 3000 Euros.
I have also attached photos to show just how poorly made the sofa is, as evidence of the unacceptable quality from this company.
