I ordered the crystal hair remover from this website. It was a cheap product shipped from China. The product looks like the pictures and seems good quality when you take it out of the package, but it does not remove a lot of hair, only some spots of hair if you scrub your skin hard enough - which includes leaving wounded, red and irritated skin… the website does not allow you to write any rewievs on their page. Do not recommend.
