My experience was similar to that of others. Website, communications and price were all feasible so I was not suspicious. However I have now reported to Barnsley trading standards which is now done via Citizens Advice service. John Lewis Credit card refunded me and that process was very straightforward.
Scam, no response to any emails item not shipped no updates.

Same experience as other customers, item ordered end of August 2024, have never recieved the item or any update to the order. No response to emails or phone calls - scam, avoid!!
Ordered a part and made payment straight away but never recived the item. Called them numerous times but never connect.also no response from emails sent. Very unreliable and will never buy from them again. Absolutely useless. Took my money.
I ordered an item from Polar Appliances UK if Barnsley on 16th of August 2024 but I am yet to receive it. I have contacted them numerous time with no reply. I have tried a number of incomplete orders since and received reminders that I left something in the checkout. I can only assume that either this company is a scam; it has ceased trading; or they are rude and incompetent. I would advise that you avoid ordering from this company. I have tried to contact Jeremy Driver who is listed as the Director without any positive result.
