Scammed?
Very disappointed I loved this site and used it weekly spending $100 - $200 a week on average. I had read the terms and conditions when I signed up but didn’t notice my country was banned. I played at this site for approximately 4 years and deposited money with no problem I also handed in my KYC documents which clearly stated I am Australian. No one thought to mention to me my country was banned therefore I couldn’t have collected winnings even if I won which I never did. Very upset I contacted support and there response was we need to close your account wow thanks very much! I have requested a refund of all deposits of which I have the receipts to with no reply yet. All other sites that don’t accept certain countries do not take deposits from them. I found customer service to be mundane unenthusiastic and a tad blunt maybe my $100 - $200 wasn’t enough. If you are Australian do not play at this site you can’t win anything. I found it also a bit odd I never won over 4 years odds are you’d think you’d have a win playing every week over that period of time. I’m hoping they refund me some of my money as I see it as extremely unfair. I am going to research the legalities as well it can’t be legal to do that anyways it’s a nice looking site with plenty of bonus’s and an attractive easy layout. Don’t be fooled!
