Once again Pointless Plants have sent me 3 fantastically healthy plants that were well packaged and arrived looking great. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that one of the plants I bought was a less than perfect plant with a pot. The site states the pot may have some imperfections, but it will still have a good side. It looked amazing until I discovered that the imperfection is a hole right in the middle of the base! Not the best when you have a big plant and plant pot that are sitting in an awkward corner to access and you were planning on using the pot as a safety net if water drains out of the bottom of the plant pot! I've remedied it by adding a base inside the pot so it's working now and generally I am happy with my purchase again.

Amazing packaging and the flower was beautiful. Also really pleased that they plant 10 trees for every plant purchased! (I think I got that right!)..
Also came with a handy QR code with handy note on how to look after the plant.

Straightforward & easy process when ordering! Items came the next day! Kept up to date with dispatch and delivery throughout and actually love my plant & and pot! Would order again 100%z

I ordered a Calathea Flamestar for my partner which arrived promptly and in secure packaging. Only thing was, my partner repots new plants as soon as she gets them in order to check the plant and its roots. Sadly, whilst the Flamestar's foliage looked gorgeous, it had a bad case of root rot. She had to wash the roots thoroughly and cut the affected parts of the roots. We are currently trying to save it.

We emailed PointlessPlants that same day and sent them photos of the Flamestar and its roots. They replied the next day, acknowledging that it did have root rot and gave us some advice and offered us a refund.

So overall, we were pleased with PointlessPlants' fast delivery and quick resolution of a problem, but naturally disappointed that the beautiful Flamestar wasn't in the best condition. On the other hand, we also understand that because above the soil the plant itself looked stunning, it wasn't yet showing signs of root rot. But it would have just worsened over time if the root rot hadnt been spotted when it had.

We are still happy to come back to PointlessPlants as they do have a beautiful range of plants, and provide good customer service.

I have ordered from pointless plants before and have had no issue, great healthy plants!
I ordered some plants recently with the intent of giving them way as a gift. The order came with a free cheese plant (this is the bit I really wanted to gift). The first plants came all fine- but noticeably sodden soil on the cheese. A few days later patches on the leaves. ?over watered? (After later inspection bad root rot)
Contacted customer service and a new plant sent out- it arrived battered with snapped leaves and brown bruised areas. Again contacted and was sent a 3rd plant this time a bigger one as they were sold out. It is with much disappointment that this plant has root rot and the leaves are turning brown/yellow after a few days. The roots coming out near the top of the pot are mush!
The customer service was great but to have 3 plants all of which are not acceptable is just not good enough.

Plants very well grown and arrived well packaged and promptly! Only downside is not UK grown but still happy with them.

Plants came quickly and was kept up to date with delivery, also the plants are fab. Will deffo order from pointless plants again
