I have been and loved Pogo for ages. I hate this new Pogo. Why change something was good. I loved the chats, the minis, the abundance of games. I have no idea how to cancel my membership. Any help there? Does anyone else know of better gaming site.

I've played on pogo for about 17 years. Sen=ven years ago started a gaming league that is very special to me and to the other players in it. It's more than just friends playing together, it's a support group of people who have been through a lot together. I hate the new experience thing. How is taking away games we love and then making them look like a childs game (jungle gin is a perfect example) an improvement?!!?? Other sites use java and flash and run them just fine. C'mon pogo, you can do better, your long time members know you can! PLEASE!

I have been a member of Pogo for over 10 years. The new Pogo sucks so bad I quit!! It's not worth the money.

The game won't start even when there are 4 players. Pop up says up to the host to play or wait but no one can get the game to start. There's no start button when it plays blind nil I never know if I am the one going nil or I need to send low cards
The old Pogo game was great if this is progress you have failed miserably and yet you are not making any effort to fix this problem

I’ve been playing Pogo since 2008 & now it SUCKS! I want the OLD POGO BACK when they had the prize drawings, mini mall, all the awesome games THEY USE TO HAVE! $39.99 a year, everybody better think twice because POGO is going right down the Sh*tter!

pogo jumps rt on to say u swear but not to fix their games, and by the way the word suck is not swearing.you get such bad reviews but do nothing to improve. if ANY other game site offerred classic scrabble i wouldn't hesitate 1 second to dump pogo and play elsewhere. i wish there was a better business bureau that would force u to conduct the games more user friendly. and yes pogo u are worse than just bad

I have been a Club Pogo member since 2001. I probably will not be renewing my membership. Why?
The 'new' pogo site has dropped several of the early games which people still play.
There are no 'minis' (that I can see).
There are no tokens rewarded (that I see).
The chat rooms seem to be separate from the games (I couldn't see access to them while playing. Chat is important to me as a player.)
There are no 'forums' attached to the game itself.
Many games required purchased GEMS in order to finish (in advanced levels.)
AND, I cannot seem to get back into the old pogo playing site. I am taken to the new site.
AE/Pogo make boo-coo $$ from their games, but IGNORE the people playing them. (There is no way to contact them with, say, request to keep a certain game and not 'trash' it.) They state 'rules' of what will being happening with NO input from the Club Members.
Well, at least one good thing: This has broken my love of playing and Pogo Addiction in accumulating tokens, playing in the minis section.
Games are STILL SLOW loading and pieces within the game 'drag'.
Customer service is extremely poor.

i gave up paying for pogo years ago when i found that it was fixed.
my wife was playing when she won a big prize and a card came up saying denied. i contacted EA and they said , no record.
so , i guess i was right in assuming the games are fixed. my wife still plays but she pays. i don t pay so i have been blocked
i do believe there is something wrong here

Like many others, I have been a Pogo member for years, but am probably on my last leg. Scrabble had been the best game to keep my brain sharp, but I am unable to complete a game without it crashing and not finding to room. I would not recommend Pogo to anyone. It has become garbage.

They don't care about customer service. They allow cheaters, people with auto programs, allow player to type codes and boot you out of the game your playing. allow players to come in and flood the room to capacity to fill the room so you can't get in. they allow players to harass you and won't do nothing to them even thought they break T O S rules. Don't waste your money here. When EA took over is when things went down hill fast. It's too bad, I have been a club member since 2001. I got banned for 3 days for language other player have used and they don't get banned. Kinda like discrimination to me. A lot of drama in Topics, room anything goes. Check it out. They need to be turned into Better Business Bureau or shut down if they can't fix their games and attitudes. I went back and read the good reviews and in my opinion there all bs and must be EA employee's.. No where is there a phone number for pogo support, When you email them with a concern they never contact you back, their pogo bowl is horrible if you are a non member, unable to control the ball at least 75 % of the time. ball stops mid lane and then disappears. If you go in and someone gives you a free pass for 5 days the ball works good and no problems. This is their way of forcing you to join club poge. Their bowling graphics aren't even close to real bowl, pins will go through standing pins and not even fall. What a joke.

BUYER BEWARE! THEY DON'T TELL YOU YOU HAVE TO USE GOOGLE CHROME. THATS HOW THEY MAKE MONEY. THE SITE CRASHES, THEY TAKE YOUR GEMS. i CALLED AND ALL THEY WOULD OFFER ME WAS A WEEK OF FREE POGO. YEP WE ARE KEEPING YOUR MONEY THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T GIVE GEMS. THEY CAN DO WOULD EVER THEY WANT BUT THEY BLAMED ME!

Links to games do not work. This is several years of trying. Contacted pogo. They say exclusive game. False advertising then. Game states 30 minutes free play after clicking link. Does not happen. Pogo is lame.

Their Scrabble rules are not the real rules you use when playing a real Scrabble Official Game. I went two months where they took my money, I could not log in, I could not contact anyone and they still took my money. On at least three occasions my opponent was abusive and used horrible (implied) language and I did not feel like my "reporting it" did any good, as there is no reciprocal information from these people when you do lodge a complaint. The other day a woman repeatedly called me a pig because I did not extend her time when she went over - Welcome to real world sweetie.

Pogo.com is a huge waste of time. Like how hard is it to pay for a little more elasticity so the game wont glitch. this site could be so legit. They lost millions in cancellations because they are cheap procrastinators. It doesn't take more than 5 minutes on POGO to realize how greedy these people are. The ads are so often and so long. home page is covered in ads.

The last 3 times i played monopoly on here the site 404 redirected and i lost all my 45-1:30 minutes of play.

The real question is why would they fix this. they don't care. Someone start a new site and pick the $100,000,000 Pogo dropped with EA switch.

I no longer frequent the Pogo website. It got too difficult to get the majority of games to load. That’s not to say that the games aren’t fun, they are. If you can get the game to load. It got to the point where even going to the site would frustrate me, so I canceled my club membership since the site that used to be fun, wasn’t.
Instead of paying for something that makes me want to take a hammer to my monitor, I downloaded the game manager. Now I pay for a super access pass and actually enjoy myself. That’s not to say that the manager isn’t buggy, because it is and parts of it aren’t updated, but I do derive enjoyment out of it almost daily.

Scammers have taken over. You cant use the site. Call tech support and they want to log onto your computer. It use to be a great game site, what happened

said i had to reset password - did - cannot access Pogo account - cannot get phone number to customer service. lost all my points accumulated over many years.

my account was hacked. So I called support who were of no help at all!! So I asked to have my account closed and have it taken down, oh they don"t do that. I had to cancel my credit card, and do a police.report

They're talking about the next phase when they haven't even got Phase 1 right.

Been a paying member for 10 yrs. Nothing is worth my time and money to endure the ongoing buggy problems. No technical help. No nothing. Not renewing membership. Wouldn't wish this to my worst enemy..
