Received a dress.
Really bad quality for the price that they charge. I’ve got satin dresses from SHEIN with the exact same quality. Not even double lined or anything. Podur is a catfish brand. Smh

I ordered a couple of dresses and chose the wrong return type when needing to exchange the sizes - Imane helped me change the return type quickly which allowed me to order the dresses in time for a wedding :)

Excellent customer service from Kim. I had to do a couple of returns to get the perfect dress for my niece’s wedding. Kim was supportive throughout the whole process. Beautiful gold outfit!

I have purchased from Podur twice now.
I purchased the Qani sandals in nude I believe they are called, beautiful shoes and I get compliments on them all the time, they go with most of my outfits and are very classy.
HOWEVER
I ordered the summer flow dress which is the Lilly dress in a slightly pink colour.
In pictures these dresses look beautiful, however they are not of a modest fit at all, even when you size up, they fall quite fitted in places it shouldn’t be for modest wear, and are not very flattering for the figure.
I must say many of the models they use for these images are very very petite, and I think this can be deceptive as to how the dresses actually fit.
Maybe the fit works for others, but did not work for me. For reference I am a UK size 6/8.
Unfortunately I do not know what to do with the dress I purchased as it is not flattering for me and I cannot see myself wearing it as it is extremely revealing.

Clothes smells bad, terrible sizing, does not look like images. I spent $479 CAD total, and they only want to refund me $360 + I have to pay for shipping. Also, their transactions are done through Global-e, which is a company that supports the occupation of Palestine.

I have brought from Podur on many occasions and in all instances, I have been pleased with the quality of their dresses and abayas which are very flattering when worn and prone to compliments by many.

Recently, I have experienced prompt and swift customer service from their support team who have updated me and assured me at all intervals regarding my recent processing of my refund. I would definitely recommend Podur on their quality of fabrics and customer satisfaction.

I had been searching for a abaya for a family occasion and was desperately lookingfor something for weeks until I came across Podur. I fel in love with the Ice Blooms and Sage Blooms Abayas and placed my order. checked my emails a couple of days later only to realise that one of the sizes I had ordered in Ice Blooms was actually not in stock and that the purchase went through in error. They offered me a refund or to send other items etc to rectify this and we agreed which item I was going to choose instead. They also gave me a 10% discount on that one!

I explained I was flying abroad for this occasion and need my abaya ASAP, they sent an email saying they sent it for guaranteed delivery by 1pm next day which was so so amazing!

Royal Mail never delivered it the next day sadly, but came the day after and I was able to find my outfit with plenty of time to spare to sort out my accessories!

The customer care and support from their team was amazing!

Terrible customer service, I ordered a dress that never arrived I contacted customer service and asked where it was, but they didn't have any information about the package. The dress was sold out on the website weeks after I ordered it, and customer service basically told me that it never shipped it out and now it's unavailable. This is totally unacceptable and I hope this never happens to anyone.

The way they scam their customers is absolutely disgusting. I made a purchase recently and the items did not fit to my liking to which I returned them. The brand did not refund me and has claimed that I have damaged the dress which is not true. I pray this business does not succeed and May Allah guide them.

Do not order from this company save your money. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted at the service I have received from this small business. We are encouraged to support small businesses but I rather be saving my money now as I can no longer trust these small business owners. I purchased two dresses which were nothing like what I saw on their website therefore I returned them seeking a full refund. This company then sent me an email stating it was stained when I never even wore the dress. I am completely baffled at this. I make an honest living and if the dress was stained by myself I would hold my hands up and admit I’ve done it but why should I I when it wasn’t even worn or tried on. I wouldn’t be returning it if I had damaged it myself. Podur don’t seem to be wanting to refund me therefore have come out with this false statement. I have taken this further with my bank and trading standards.

The most amazing service you could ask for .. I ordered an item but unfortunately it was too long for me as soon as I requested a refund it was done instantly .. customer service was on point very polite answered any queries that I had without delay very reassuring.. will defo be ordering agai at some point .. thank you podur for an amazing experience 10/10

Got the Lilly dress. For AUD$225 I expected better quality. I’ve bought dresses from other brands for this price and there is at least lining…
It’s complete see through. Their models must wear a slip under.
Also the stitching is not done to a quality standard. The dress is worth probably AUD$100 maximum.

Got sooo many compliments on my lilly dress! It fit perfectly, the quality is great, and very comfortable. My dress took a bit of time to ship so I reached out to customer service and they were so helpful! My dress was delivered asap in time for my event

I ordered from Podur a week and a half before my event, size 12 for my graduation, I had my eye on Podur for so long as their designs fitted perfectly with my vision. When it arrived and tried it on I couldn’t even bring the two pieces of fabric together to close the zip!! It was that small across the chest. I decided to size up 2x and still the 16 was a struggle! I had to alter the dress last min. I honestly thought with PODUR being a ‘modest’ store, dresses would have more room on top of your actual size but instead it’s the complete opposite. The size 12 for this particular dress would most likely fit a 6/8. I honestly think the dresses are made and any size label is put on!In addition to this the belts are sewn on so even if one decided to make it slightly modest there wouldn’t be an option for that. PODUR are providing for ladies who need that extra room around the chest area so if you need that know that their products aren’t for us! Regardless of how gorgeous their designs are I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who has curves cause it’s just not for us.

I’m not usually one to put a review on but I’d hate for anyone to experience what I did.

The customer service for PODUR have been nothing but excellent! I didn’t receive my package and reached out. They were swift and informative with their approach, helping me immensely through a stressful time. I highly recommend them and their clothing is absolutely stunning!!

Creating beautifully crafted flattering fashion, I receive numerous compliments each time I wear Podur garments and have made several recommendations. The customer service is five star and responses are received within 24 hours.
