Dresses were gorgeous - one of them sadly didn’t suit me and the other I had a change of heart on for the occasion I was buying them for. I returned these and although Royal Mail lost my parcel, the company refunded the full money quite promptly. Great customer service on their end - willing to accept the cash loss to keep customers happy. Keep it up!

Ordered the eclipse linen gown, such a gorgeous dress, the fit is perfect for me, the cut is also stunning. The dress is so elegant, couldn’t recommend I got a size 8, fits me perfectly I’m also ref 5’2 in height and length was perfect also hope to see a restock of the other linen dresses from the summer collection xx

Podur is one of the few places where the product is better than it appears on the website. The quality is very good.

The dress itself is beautiful and the material is lovely. Sizing is true to size so if you'd like a looser fit I'd suggest to size up.

I placed an order, never received any updates if it was dispatched, after I contacted customer service they told me my order was lost in mail. They didn’t even bother to give me tracking details when the item was dispatched or a refund after they knew it was lost. Only a discount. Horrible service. They took my money and didn’t bother to tell me that the item is out of stock and lied about it being lost in mail. I WANT MY REFUND

In the email I received as a response from customer service the package was lost by courier and the item was not in stock anymore so you couldn’t send me the item. Now you’re claiming it was never picked up by the courier. Also I still haven’t received the refund yet.

My refund is now being processed, but I don’t appreciate I had to go to this length and write so much for them to process my refund, also to tell me one thing in private and then another thing on a public review

I got a refund an an explanation of what happened to my parcel, hopefully the next time I place an order there won’t be anymore issues, the dresses do look really nice. Will give an update once I place another order soon.

Quality and style are amazing, MashaAllah. The customer service is quick, responsive, and very helpful. I purchased my first order in February and have bought eight more since; this speaks volumes.

I had placed an order for a dress but when I received it it was too small. When I got into contact with the customer service team they were very quick to respond and answers all of my queries. I then placed another order and that dress fit me so well and was really flattering.

Ordered 2 dresses. Didn't like them very much so tried to return and podur refused to accept the return I had to argue with the for weeks until they agreed and gave me my refund. Definitely will never buy from them again

Bought a baby dress & it’s very pretty! The quality is decent. The underskirt material is not comfortable for babies it needs to be a little softer. I still like how nice the dress looks & I had planned on buying 15 dresses for babies as Eid gifts (I have a big family) however the packaging just isn’t nice. I was expecting something that has the brand logo on or a nice box but it just came in a pouch so it’s not very gift able & makes horrible creases in the clothing because of packaging. if they change packaging I will definitely be buying as gifts.

I fell in love with Podur when my sister bought me a piece for my birthday. Since then, I have been purchasing dresses and abayas from all their collections. However, I was disappointed last year when I bought a dress from their Eid collection, as the lace on the side came off after just one use. I emailed them about the issue, but they informed me that there wasn't much they could do, which was quite disheartening. Given that the dresses I purchase are quite expensive, I expect them to be of good quality and well-stitched. Additionally, I have noticed that the packaging has been of a poorer standard recently, compared to before when they used to package items with the brand name more elegantly.
