Good price, quality and service.

Pleased with quality, price, and service.
Having had a flask from them before, I used them to purchase gifts for some friends and family for my wedding. Their staff communicated with me directly to help me pick out and customise what I needed. Very happy with the engraving.

Outstanding

Simon's attention to detail, his care and professionalism and the time he puts into everything including updates are absolutely outstanding. The flasks are serious quality and the engraving tops it all off. If you want the best customer service you have ever had in your life, go here. Really could not recommend highly enough.

Brilliant experience and great product

I’ve just had the best experience of customer service in years. The Pocket Hip Flask Company produces high quality flasks and its engraving service and support are second to none. The team (led by Simon in my case) keep you incredibly well informed and guide you with suggestions and examples of designs before you make the decision to press ahead with the final product.

I couldn’t be happier.

Friendly, helpful, and got me two great flasks

Reached out to Simon over email to get two custom "hunters flasks" engraved for my wedding party because he only had one left in stock on the website. He was very helpful - he ordered additional stock, got them both engraved, and sent out to me in less than 10 days. Very communicative and friendly throughout the whole process, and I'm pleased with the result.

Amazing selections of flasks and other bespoke, handmade items made to the highest standard. The whole process from ordering to delivery was perfect. Also, their customer service is fantastic and they always provide the answers I am looking for. Highly recommend!

Fantastic product and after sales care... Despite DPDs best efforts to ruin it!!

Quality of hip flask and engraving is very high.
Quality of after sales care is some of the very best I have encountered.
Note: Original item was not delivered, due to DPD incompetence, but the following support and effort went above and beyond. This gift was time sensitive, and DPD issues overcome just in time.
A huge thanks to Simon and the Team :)
