I placed an order when they had a sale on as I have two pairs of leggings which I really like.
Took my money then nothing - the item was never sent, no reply on email, no reply on Instagram. The website is now closed saying it’s opening soon. I managed to claim the money back from my bank.
Really annoying to not have any acknowledgement but one of the owners is still posting as usual on Instagram .

Ordered a pair of leggings in February which were supposed to be delivered in March - it is now October and they have still not arrived despite numerous emails to customer services. I stopped receiving replies after asking for a refund.

Still awaiting a refund even though I returned item immediately ( it was a poor fit). No one answering my emails and has now been so long out with paypal 30 days - very poor show when ordered in good faith and returned promptly

I still haven't received my refund despite contacting them multiple times. Could someone let me know how I go about optaining the refund? I didn't pay with PayPal sadly.

Please don't order from this website if you expect to return and get your money back. I returned some leggings via recorded royal mail, and i only got my money back after I opened a case with PayPal. Pocket Sport didn't respond to me even though I sent 7 emails. Really bad service.

Disgusting company have no customer service skills or care about any of there customers, it doesn't matter that it's owned by a TV personality she's obviously employed the worst staff. They do not reply or give refunds, I have gone a month without my refund or any response and have had to resort to contacting my bank to help

Put an order in in April when Louise Thompson posted a discount code. It was a 'pre-order' initially due end of May. I twice i June and July to be told they had some shipping delays but they should be arriving soon. My order was then cancelled with no explanation at the start of August.

First pair I ordered didn't arrive but they organised a replacement quickly.

The leggings fit nicely and I like the high waisted band and pocket so was initially really pleased!

However, after having them 6 months they have already gone bobbly around the seams of the legs so the quality isn't great and looks like they will not last very long. This is after not wearing the leggings that much either!

I returned an item which I have confirmation arrived on 6th November and I am still awaiting my refund. I cannot get a response from anyone. This is a shocking service.

I ordered a pair of shorts from this company but they weren’t even dispached. When I emailed to let them know, I was told they’d look into it and email me back the following week. I just never heard back. A couple of weeks later I asked for a refund though and this was given to me, but with no apology or message as a reply to my email. Not great customer service but good that they processed my refund.

I paid for next day delivery and the leggings arrived 4 days later. I emailed customer services about it and had no reply a week later when I wondered where my order was. When the leggings arrived they were the worst fitting leggings I’ve ever bought at £58 a pair. They give you a camel toe and the material is so thin you can see your underwear outlined through them.
