No after sales service, warranty not honoured.
I had my car towed into O'Brien Motors in Mullingar on a Saturday. The sales team was supposed to be working on the Saturday, but no one was answering phones. I tried over a dozen times. Finally, I got through on the Monday, but was not able to get any information about the car. I wanted to find out about getting a replacement car as per warranty, but the woman I was speaking to hung up. When I phoned back, she said that it was not up to them to give me a replacement and grudgingly gave me a number for Europcar. (Europcar subsequently informed me that they didn't have a car for me, more on that in another review.) When I came back to O'Brien Motors with that news I was fobbed off with lies and equivocation. It is now Tuesday evening, 4 days after my car was taken in, and I still not have heard anything about the condition of the vehicle and have got no further in procuring a replacement as promised in the warranty.
