Ayanda was fine in arranging boiler…

Ayanda was fine in arranging boiler service but very disappointed that time shown on email was 08.00 - 18.00. I had specifically asked for a morning service and this had been agreed. Clearly this is not so now, meaning that I may have to hang around at home all day.

Please be aware if you take a policy…

Please be aware if you take a policy for your residential property PlusHeat will send you a Job Sheet after boiler service instead of Boiler Safety Certificate. I'm requesting them since couple of weeks to send me the certificate as the policy says. They promise but every time they send the same Job Sheet which will not be accepted by council if anything goes wrong. Very disappointing. Wish I could be positive. Still keeping hope.
