DO NOT use this company

DO NOT use this company. Firstly, they charge you for the engineers time to go and get the required parts, at £99/hour + VAT. which is pretty standard I guess. However, the engineer took 1 hour to get a part from a local shop 10 minutes away. When the bill came the company had added another £54 markup on the part, thats a 74% markup. So the cost of the £73 part, actually cost me £245.80 (£73 part + £54 markup + £118.80 engineers time incl. VAT to go and get it).
When I asked the company about this I was basically told 'tough' its our policy to add markup on parts, and customers have to pay for all the engineers time, start to finish. Very unhelpful. Do NOT use this company.

Do NOT use this company

Do NOT use this company. They took 3 weeks and several missed appointments before finally turning up to 'repair' my washing machine. It broke again soon afterwards and they charged me again for him to turn up and say it couldn't be repaired and wasn't his fault.

Once they have your credit card number they will just charge and charge regardless of whether they have done the job, I'm currently trying to reclaim the money they wrongly charged me.
