Our mission is to make EV charging simple, transparent, and accessible – for both charging site owners and end users. PlugPay does not sell electricity and does not set charging prices. Pricing is always determined by the owner of the charging installation, giving full flexibility to adapt pricing models based on local conditions, operating costs, and user groups. Our role is to provide the technical platform that enables secure payments, user management, reporting, and daily operation of charging facilities. The PlugPay platform supports multiple payment models, including subscription-based charging for fixed users as well as drop-in payment via Vipps and payment cards – with no monthly cost for end users. Charging site owners can choose the model that best fits their needs and can change this setup over time if requirements change. We work with a wide range of charging installations, from small residential and commercial sites to larger shared facilities. In some smaller installations, higher energy prices may occur due to grid tariffs and low total consumption – factors that are outside PlugPay’s control, but which we strive to communicate as clearly as possible. Customer feedback is important to us, and we actively use it to improve both our platform and our support processes. Plug pay are scammers
Plug pay are scammers, if you call the customer service also you won't get help. They work together with Riverty where they make you pay unnecessary fees. I had to install this plugpay forcefully by the board , must I knew about it before I should have never installed. In the market you get a charger on 10k nok where on plugpay its double, and you have to pay the extra charge for the app. I regret installing this.

No invoice fees from PlugPay
PlugPay does not add any invoice fees to our bills. If you have received any fees through Riverty, we would appreciate it if you could let us know which fees these are so we can investigate the matter together with them. Please feel free to contact us with the invoice details and we will look into it right away.
PlugPay does not sell charging boxes
We understand your concern about the price of the charger. However, PlugPay does not sell or price charging boxes. The hardware is purchased by the housing association/installer, and we only administer the charging infrastructure, billing, operation, and reporting.
About the app/service fee
The app/service fee is standard and covers the cost of operating the payment platform, customer support, and system administration. This model is common among most charging operators.

It doesn't work. I trusted my range to drive to one Plugpay charger, and now I am stuck! Worst service ever.

Very dubious company
Very dubious company, they administer the car charges in my building. They overcharge me and others in my building and just ignore my mails until I file a complain with the administrator of my building. They are always late with the invoices and just send them through a collecting agency!!. In summary do not get involve with this company.
