I bought an iPhone advertised as "excellent" with touch screen issues, the screen had been replaced improperly before my purchase and Plug Tech refused to refund this even though I am within the 1-year-warranty period. They also didn't even guarantee that they can repair it even though all it needs is a simple screen replacement. Do not buy from them, their warranty is a scam.
I ordered the Powerbank in March (included free case), never delivered. I got an email from'Angelo' asking how my product was, after emailing them 4 times regarding non receipt of goods - had no reply now reporting them to my bank as fraud.
