Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience, I dealt with the Leeds office directly following a non fault accident 7 months ago, my insurance (Hastings) did not pursue this claim at all and wanted me to pay an excess of £250 to get my car repaired, which I refused.
I decided to pursue the claim directly with Plexus Law and within a week it was rectified.
The service was second to none, I dealt with Tracey Sutherland and Rosie Gill, the communication was excellent and very friendly, they sent the acceptance form to me on day one and within a few days the repair costs were in my bank account.
I cannot thank these 2 ladies enough, it was 7 long months of stress to get my car repaired and a massive weight has now been lifted off my shoulders thanks to these 2.
It is rare people credit for good service and I feel this is a very much deserved thank you, it is good to see people still taking pride in their work. These 2 deserve a pat on the back from their manager too.
Thank you Tracey and Rosie it has been my pleasure dealing with you both.

DONT TRUST PLEXUS LAW THEY ARE…

DONT TRUST PLEXUS LAW THEY ARE LIARS!!!! SCAMMERS!!!

I had an accident with an Ocado van and Ocado admitted liabilty and there insurers.
Plexus law got involved and lied and denied the accident when I have emails from Ocado admitting liability!

Plexus is a scam, not taking responsilbility.

I have now contacted MY INSURANCE-no one that works there has any morals, there rude, they lie, they are awful!!!

BEWARE - I have just read all the reviews and they seem to be getting away with this and I hope they get shut down for being con artists!!!

Expect to be stonewalled until you give up on your legitimate claim

Expect to be stonewalled until you give up on your legitimate claim.

Seemingly, they employ junior staff who will say anything to wriggle out of a legitimate claim? I guess they are expendable unlike more senior staff members.
I had wholly inappropriate sections of the highway code quoted at me. It was either done in an attempt to bluff their way out? Or the junior member of staff was clueless? Neither scenario is acceptable.

I'm sure that everyone involved in the legal profession likes to think they are superior to we regular humans. However, the young lady that I had the misfortune to deal with at Plexus Law. Seemed to gain pleasure from messing me about? Presumably in the hope that I'd give up? One could be forgiven for thinking she took the possibility of losing the case personally. I couldn't help wondering if I was dealing with how Plexus do things, or her ego?

I'm sure those higher up at Plexus are good at what they do. But you are likely to be assigned a claims handler that was still in fulltime education 2yrs prior.
If Plexus are acting for you. And you are happy with their win at all costs interpretation of fair play? Then you are possibly onto a winner?
However, if you find yourself on the receiving end of their business practices. I suggest that you get yourself a good quality solicitor to fight your case.
Just the threat of doing so worked for me.

Also, take a look at the Plexus Law website. You will see a list of employees & their contact details. If you feel that you are getting nowhere with your junior claims handler. You might want to copy in a more senior member of staff? They might look at your case from an entirely different standpoint?

TESCO RIP OFF

This is a dreadful company acting for Tesco, to protect Tesco from insurance claims made by customers who have had walls knocked down by Tesco delivery drivers. Approx 4 metres of my front garden wall was knocked down and they refuse to pay for a new wall, they will only pay to patch match the area affected - the wall tuns along a main road and patching it will look awful - builders have warned that it cannot be matched but obviously Tesco CEO, Ken Murphy knows better (although I am sure that he wouldn’t accept his front wall being patched). Tesco will take your money but is insulated against claims for negligent drivers delivering your goods - people BEWARE.

Possibly the worst legal company there…

Possibly the worst legal company there is.

Following a Tesco driver ploughing into the back of my (parked) car and ripping the back wheel to shreds, I have so far tried 27 times, have left messages with my details and have emailed - with absolutely no response. My car is completely undrivable and I have no other way of getting to/from work.

An abomination.

These comments are entirely unsurprising.

The vast majority of "paralegals" at Plexus are incompetent and have extremely bad attitudes.

There's one specific trainee paralegal with an unusual name who has no idea what he's doing. He doesn't understand the indemnity principle and is clueless on costs.

A complete sham.

If there were zero stars that is what…

If there were zero stars that is what they would get!
If I were Ken Murphy CEO of Tesco part of Walmart I would sack them. Never respond to leaving telephone numbers and never respond to Emails.
It is clearly a company in its death throes!

Absolute scum

Absolute scum! Tesco delivery driver damaged my new car by turning up hour earlier than stated so didn't have time to move car and he tried squeezing between Bush and car with food crate. Tesco got plexus involved and they dismissed this even tho in the evidence you can clearly see is no room to walk through yet alone with a heavy food crate! Massive repair bill now! They said they would come and look at the damage so waited nearly a month then got in contact with them and they said it was vandals and no need to come out! What a complete joke! Avoid this useless company! By looks of the reviews this company needs shutting down!

Lazy, incompetent.

Lazy, incompetent, not worth using. Car insurance fight, 100% win if they had done their homework. Made a decision on 3rd parties dashcam which clearly showed the 3rd party was 100% at fault yet decided not to take it to court. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

I have been passed to these regarding some damage to my property via a tesco delivery driver .Absolutely shocking company, cannot get through on the phones and if you do they put you on hold without warning and don't come back! They don't respond to emails either, I think they hope you give up .

Terrible

Terrible. I received numerous poorly written e-mails with grammatical and spelling errors. I had to fight for them to look at the evidence properly and the locus report they produced was incorrect, I have video footage that contradicts its findings. They want to settle cases to avoid doing any work, even though there is a mountain of evidence, including CCTV. Avoid them at all costs.

Patronising, rude, unprofessional

Beware this 'law' firm. You will be put through to people who can barely string a sentence together. There is a culture of bullying and patronising endemic in this company. Refusals to put calls though to senior people; reference numbers send by email which don't correspond. This is not a firm to do business with....

‘Lady’ on power trip

I spoke to Plexus Law Manchester yesterday and I’ve never spoken to a ‘lady’ quite so rude in my life. She continuously spoke over me and when I tried to speak I got ‘i’m terminating the call’ avoid unless you want to deal with a young ‘lady’ on a power trip.
