May have been legit in past but not any more. Order placed in December, received auto-confirmation of delivery in 2-3 days, heard nothing since. No response to emails. No phone number on website. Shop in Chippenham that it is linked to closed in January 2024.
FRAUDULENT! DO NOT USE! Made a purchase on their website, item didn't arrive, contacted them by email on the only contact details I could find (email), and no response. Digging into it, there are inconsistencies on the website, including the shop address. It is a scam. Currently claiming money back through credit card.
As with the previous review, obvious scammers. Placed an order, heard nothing despite is saying 2 - 3 days postage. Emailed them and attempted a web chat and got no response. Now have to sort out getting the credit card company involved. AVOID
Don't risk shopping here, I placed an order over around 17 days ago, delivery was meant to take 3 days max, still no dispatch email 2 weeks later so I tried to get in contact, their website says they respond in 24 hours, still no response 3 days later, luckily I paid through PayPal and got a refund, now I need to find somewhere else to get the item I needed, absolute scam. The address on the Facebook page doesn't match the address on the website and there's no phone number to call either. You rely on them to respond and they clearly don't give a damn, terrible service. Avoid.
