PlaylistSupply has been a real game-changer for me as an artist manager. Before, I’d spend hours searching for playlists and vetting curators, but now it’s all streamlined into one platform. Everythin... See more

Surprisingly good customer service
Sent them a customer support email and they replied in less than a day with direct answers and tips on using the website. One of their reps offered to do a strategy call, 1-on-1, with me and actually helped me a lot with getting results. Not many companies are willing to hop on 15 minute call within a couple days notice so thank you for that. Overall it's a great tool once especially once you get the hang of it.

Thank god I found this app
Thank god I found this app - I used to search for playlists manually on the Spotify app for hours. This just makes it easy and has probably already saved me a couple days of work.
One of the best promotion tools for musicians
Ive used a couple different services online related to playlists and curators, I found myself appreciating the functionality on Playlistsupply the most out of all of them. Instead of going on separate sites to do different tasks like quality checking playlists or finding curators, you can do all of that on their website. I thought of it as a big suite for everything playlist-related.
Where do I cancel my subscription???
Their website is so bad. And I am currently trying to cancel my subscription. But I can not see where to do it. They do not make it easy for me.
Great tool
I've done a lot of promotion and tried lots of other services, but I find myself liking PlaylistSupply the best because of their customer service. Someone on their team who's a music marketing professional even hopped on a call with me to offer advice on succeeding in my niche with the software.
I've tried doing playlisting on DistroKid, SubmitHub, Groover, and a couple others but nothing really stood out other than curators on their platforms rejecting my pitches. The flexibility on PlaylistSupply is always appreciated when finding playlists that fit my genre and music.

I can't unsubscribe.
At least it's not obvious how to do so. The website is lacking. I've paid way more than I intended partially because of this.
Edit: I was able to unsubscribe via customer support. Still, I think the website needs some serious updates, but at least they're not scammers.
Good for Portugese artists
I've been using PlaylistSupply to help artists in my country promote their releases. I had the chance to hop on a call with someone from their team and they shared some great tips/strategies for making sure I get the most out of their tool.

I have been trying to get a refund from these guys for a year. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE

Very reluctant refund
Website didn't work for me and caused my a lot of frustration. Been searching for jazz related stuff and it seems to be too niche to provide results so my hunch is it's suitable for more mainstream music. Reported my issue and with MUCH back and forth I finally got my refund. But to be fair I didn't hear back till I gave them a one star review on TrustPilot, they probably just hoped that I'll just go away. Think they'll re-think their customer service after this one. Also their $49.99 plan is not worth it in my opinion but it again depends what genre you're going for.

I have been using PlaylistSupply for…
I have been using PlaylistSupply for the better part of the past three years.
I first read about them on HitsDailyDouble, the music industry publication, and decided to use the tool for my small label imprint.
This is a serious data aggregator for a very affordable price that allows you to get an unlimited amount of curator contact info that is always up to date.
I recommend this to anyone who is looking to run a marketing campaign on a smaller budget and is willing to put in the work to get results.💎💎💎
Also, their support staff got back to me quickly when I wanted suggestions even going as far as to schedule a call for me and their marketing specialist to make a strategy for my label. I know consultants in the music biz who charge $$$$ to give marketing advice. These guys are doing God’s work.
PlaylistSupply works great for me
PlaylistSupply works great for me. I'm an intern at a label and I have been using it to automate the manual playlist research I have been doing for the label. I usually manually go through each playlist looking for a contact info in the description, but on PlaylistSupply I can just type a keyword that relates to the artists music and it will automate the entire process directly on Spotify. It does not do any playlist pitching for you. it just gathers data in a few minutes which would take hundreds of hours to do on my own. They also have some cool features to monitor playlist activity to track any sketchy activity. Super helpful!
Don't waste your time (Avoid at all cost)
The founder of this company has been sending me emails, urging me to test out their platform since 2020. This year, I finally decided to give it a shot. I reached out to 17 playlist owners I found through the Playlist Supply application. Out of those 17 emails, 14 replied. Every single one – and I truly mean every single one – requested money in exchange for a placement. Even the smaller playlists demanded payment or requested that I submit my music through platforms like Submithub.
Feeling frustrated, I reached out to Noah (assuming that's his real name) via email, expressing my concerns and requesting a refund. His response was remarkably swift, but disappointingly generic. He stated that "Playlist Supply" isn't a "Playlist Pitch" service. It seemed as though he hadn't even read my email. In his reply, he suggested I try pitching my songs to smaller playlists. The issue, as I mentioned earlier, was that these smaller playlists also demanded payment.
That's the extent of my experience with this company – they haven't responded to any of my subsequent emails.
Rather than wasting your time and money on a service that utilizes the Spotify API to extract money from hardworking artists, I recommend dedicating more time to platforms like Groover or Submithub.

Playlist Supply is amazing for managers
I have been using Playlist Supply to promote music for an artist I manage for just over 2 months and I have already had success. The tool is straight forward and so easy to use and gives all of the control to the user which I love. Plus the team who works there has been really helpful with any questions I have about the tool. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve their playlisting game.
