Aeon's End: Outcasts was an excellent price and arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Playboardgames got in touch before my order shipped to let me know one item was out of stock and would follow shortly - it arrived two days later. The game was brand new but contained damaged components. Instead of us sending the game back for a refund Daren said that he would send replacement components in January. When chased a couple of months later he said there was a delay but each time I’ve emailed since it’s been completely ignored, even when I told him that I’ve given up and would like a refund. 6 months later (it was bought as a Christmas present) we’ve now got a £50+ game, unplayed because we’ve been waiting, already damaged and worth less then we paid. Terrible service and would never recommend or use again.

Found the seller through a game search on boardgame prices.com. Great price for the game when the discount code was applied. Ordering was easy and communication prompt (when order placed and when item shipped) and the item was well packaged. First rate service.

All communication with the guys at play board games was fantastic (Specifically Daren) . I had a small issue of my item not having a tracking number, but they sorted that out swiftly. The item price was hard to beat and they delivered quickly. Only downside was a bit of minor damage to the games outer box (no damage to anything inside)
due to transit- but then that is the risk of purchasing online. Very well packaged otherwise so nothing playboardgames could have done more. Very impressed and will be buying from them again!
